Spacious Hamptons Oasis 3BD/2.5BA with private pool & massive desk

David it was a pleasure having you and your family there. Thank you so much for the compliments and likewise you had such a presence there. Even the neighbors thought perhaps you had purchased the property and moved in! Anyway it is such a good feeling to know it suited your time in the Hamptons:)

We are sorry to hear that your stay was unpleasant. We work hard to keep an orderly home so that all our guests enjoy their time in the Hamptons. It is most unfortunate for us as we want VRBO guests to have a little of what we have. I don’t want to get into details here but concerning the toilet leakage I mentioned I’d send the plumber immediately wherewith she responded it was not necessary as it wasn’t much of a leak and her relative would look at it. I concurred but reiterated I would send plumber. Thank you for your relatives hand. About the toaster. I am so sorry for the misunderstanding. I had inadvertently sent you a text meant for the other owner. It was a comment to my partner and facetious because she is so neurotic. I got frustrated because it’s just a toaster! My text to you was meant for her. Never would we think you stole. I rather think it’s funny the toaster went missing. I can’t apologize more for my stupidity and having my partner get under my skin. And yes the cleaning service was to have left and thank you for accepting the longer departure time. As far as the pool service company they had cleaned prior to arrival but a little sediment from the forest and DE sand had settled at the bottom of the pool which they did not remove. We always leave a skimmer there but sediment at the bottom gets removed every week. Suffice it to say we apologize for what we thought would be a wonderful experience.
