This home has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay for the entire family! Single-level home with ample space to spread out and enjoy! Packed with things to do from a large, fenced-in yard, great for hanging out, to the screened-in patio connected to the deck, where you can relax and watch a movie or grill up some yummy dinner. The entire group will love the real, classic arcade games for hours of enjoyment.

They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive but not to last the entire trip
ā€¢ Our close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat for all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is very rare to come across anything like this.

This house is close to everything, which is Great!! It's very spacious and open, great for families. We enjoyed the gameroom especially the pool table! A positive for us - it's pet friendly so our fur babies could join the fun!Chris and Morgan were very nice and responsive throughout our stay!

We have stayed at this property three years in a row and keep coming back. We love the large game room and fenced in yard. There is plenty of room to hang out together or get some space alone or in smaller groups. Very close to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge but without the traffic. We'll likely be back next year.

This house was perfect for our family get away. There were 9 adults and an infant and the space was great. Large bedrooms.. great kitchen.. and the game room was amazing! My adult kids spent most of their time playing when we weren't out exploring. The community is quiet and we felt very safe there. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit the area but not be in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The home was just a short drive to all the attractions of the area!

Chris and Morgan were communicative and easy to work with. The electronic keys worked great for easy arrival. For the price and what was promised, I am giving five stars.I will say that you wonā€™t have anything that isnā€™t listed in the instructions. For example, we had to go buy coffee filters for the regular coffee maker. The house is laid out a little weird. But again, for the price, it is perfect.Easy travel to a grocery store (5 mins) and Dollywood (15 mins). Quiet neighborhood. Excellent for accessibility as the entire property is flat except the backyard. My dad doesnā€™t walk well and it was great for him.

Home was very clean and worked well for our family of 6. Our kids loved the game room arcade games and hammock swings with outdoor tv. Our dog loved the fenced back yard, although it was much steeper than in the picture so might be tough for small kids. The location was great, close to Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg and National Park. Suggestions would be to include kitchen items such as aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, cooking spray, for guests and update the dining room chairs as cushions had some spills. Easy to get to and peaceful for a break away from the busy parts of the area!

Beautiful home with large fenced-in yard

The house exceeded all of our expectations and we were so excited to finally find a home where our little dog was welcome! (The pet deposit is totally worth it!) The back yard is completely fenced in, just make sure the gates are tightly closed. (We're still not totally sure how our little guy made it into the front yard so after that we made sure to stay outside with him as long as he was out there running around.) The house is immaculate and our teens loved the game room with pool table, arcade games, board games, a TV and two trundle beds. We all loved the jetted bathtub. The only thing that wasn't perfect (but just a little awkward) is that there's no door between the Master Bedroom and the Master bathroom and the tub is recessed into the floor. The shower is glorious with multiple shower heads and steam. The water gets VERY hot so anyone with little ones shouldn't let them try to adjust the temp themselves. There are more than enough towels for everyone and basic toiletries are provided. There is also a complimentary package in the kitchen with dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge that I didn't notice until after I'd already gone shopping for necessities upon arrival. There was enough in the box for our whole five day stay! Once again, VRBO has not let us down and our trip was one we will all cherish. This home is so relaxing!

Great Place and Greater Hosts

This property is just as advertised, if not even better! We stayed over a long weekend for a local sports tournament. The location is great, as we were in Sevierville, and that was only about a 5 min drive. The house was really spacious and is just as advertised, a ranch with a huge kitchen. The game room stayed busy for us, between the pool, tv and video games. The master bath is just a wonderful experience with the jetted tub and multi-head shower. Our hosts, Morgan and Chris, were extremely communicative, and when we discovered the cleaning folks had forgotten our pillow cases, they had it fixed the next day! We enjoyed I our stay and I would recommend this property for your future stays.

Will stay again

This was our second stay at this property, and everything was great. It's one of the only places we've found that is large enough for our family and all one level, so my wheelchair bound father can enjoy everything. There is ample parking space in the driveway, and room to turn around. The only suggestion I would make would be adding regular table salt to the spice rack.

Perfect place for our family!

We are so happy to have found this house for our recent summer trip to Tennessee! It couldnā€™t have been more perfect for our big family of 7! The house is exactly as pictured on Vrbo. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location! Our kids loved the game room and our dog loved the fenced in backyard! Lastly, but most importantly, the hosts were wonderful! The cabin located 3 miles off the Pigeon Forge strip off a quiet country road just minutes from the amazing amenities of Pigeon Forge. This cabin offers a serene escape with a huge, fenced backyard perfect for your pet and a game room with two arcade games for hours of entertainment. Our close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! Black bears visit the cabin in Spring, Summer and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat for all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is rare to come across anything like this. When you've had enough relaxation, look forward to endless entertainment in the surrounding area; you'll be in the perfect spot to explore through winding hiking trails and world-class ski slopes in the Great Smoky Mountains. Other local attractions can be found in downtown Gatlinburg, including delectable restaurants, intriguing shops, the always-entertaining alpine slides, and even a moonshine distillery! During your time here, make sure to visit the Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park & Ski Area, which offers terrific skiing in the colder months, a ski mountain coaster, an aerial tramway, and many other thrilling attractions! Even though the cabin is located on a fairly flat mountain road, we strongly recommend trip insurance, especially during the winter since there are no refunds for snow and ice. In difficult winter or storm related weather situations there can be delays in cleaning and check-in pending road conditions which can be outside of our control.
