Renovated Single Family House with 2 full bathrooms and 2 Bedrooms ( 3 full beds and 2 sofa beds). Fully stocked with everything you need. You are 3 minutes away from beautiful gulf beaches. Great central location in between Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach or Downtown St Petersburg - 15-20 minute drive to all. Spring Training ballparks all over. You are a quick drive to all the greatest spots in the area. Quiet and peaceful street/neighbors. Sunroom and Backyard are equipped with party games, mini golf, two grills for barbecuing, firepit, and much more! In addition to 3 full beds, both couches have pull-out sofa-beds so you can sleep the whole family. Garage for your car. Washer/Dryer on site. Come get away!

Great stay!

My sister and I, with our 6 children’s ages 2-17, stayed here for a week. It’s was perfect! Fenced in back yard, the house was spotless, washer and dryer in the garage, fully stocked kitchen with utensils and dishes. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

Outside of the gun shots that were fired at a house down the street, it was ok.Fold out bed in couch was filthy and not clean, the kitchen table chairs were dirty, one with blood on it. Odor of something pungent was throughout the house. Soaps provided were very old and not usable. 3 minutes from the beach is not even close to being true.

This guest only stayed 2 days but trashed our place and broke a guest couch. Should be banned from staying on vrbo/airbnb properties to protect property. When questioned then made up lies about their stay.

Nice

Nice, friendly, all you need rental. Its a nice size house, very comfortable. Has nice fenced in back yard for your pets and very private feeling. Comfortable beds, and furniture. Would stay here again.

Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great for us for both visiting family who live nearby, and for getting to the beach. Many stores, restaurants, and Indian Rocks Beach are all within a 10-minute drive. There's a small plaza within walking distance of the house which has a Publix, multiple restaurants, and a nice new coffee shop. The beds were comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. We visit this area at least once per year and would stay here again.

Holiday stay

We stayed for a short holiday visit to spend time with local relatives. We were glad we weren’t required to book an entire week. Made it to the beach multiple times…just 10-15 minutes away, Plenty of restaurants nearby. NOT a beach house, NOT a party place. Located in a neighborhood. Great base camp and quiet neighborhood. Will look to stay here again.

Great House

This house is perfect location. Minutes to Indian Shores and Indian Rocks. Either bridge you take is a very short drive time. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Very spacious and clean. I will be renting this house yearly. Absolutely love it!

Close to everything by car

We just spent a wonderful week in the house, going places, enjoying the games in the backyard, and the tv options. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, as there is nothing nicer than coming back home with fun memories and clean laundry! The house is a quiet neighborhood, very close to the supermarket and food options. Thank you!

Complete House on Excellent Location on my Budget

Great choice when I chose that rental house. Around a 5-minute drive to the beach, Tiki Gardens/Indian Shores Beach, a lovely beach, we like it more than Clearwater. A 5-minute drive to the FL Botanical Gardens. A clean, complete house, very homey, for a comfortable stay, we were four people and my dog. A 2 minute's drive to Publix and Dollar Tree, among many restaurants & stores. Perfect fenced backyard for my dog and BBQ gathering. Two bathrooms, so there was no drama with my teenagers doing the "line" for the shower. Four TVs and many games, including a mini gulf. Full garage for our 2 vehicles, washer & dryer. Great communication with Christopher when contacted. This is the best alternative to a front beach but small apartment, uncomfortable, expensive, and maybe dirty. Highly recomended.

Loved the house! It was super close to everything and in a very convenient spot in the neighborhood! I would definitely recommend going to Indian Rocks beach, it’s about a 8-15 minute drive depending on traffic (very accurate to the listing). The only thing we were bummed about was no grill as the listing stated, but we weren’t bothered or upset because the stove worked great for when we decided to stay in. Showers stay hot and have great pressure, the house was very organized and clean! Would definitely recommend especially since they’ve added bunk beds to the spare bedroom. We will definitely come back and stay with Christopher next time we’re in the area!!

Very disappointing stay. The property was not as advertised and was poorly maintained. The pull-out couch had black mold growing inside it, there was water damage on the ceiling, broken furniture throughout the home, a broken couch, and loose handles hanging from the TV stand. The house was also not clean upon arrival.One of the main reasons we booked this property was because the listing advertised a fire pit and two grills. We planned to cook out during our stay, but neither the grills nor the fire pit were actually there. When we contacted the host, we were told, “Sorry for the inconvenience, the grill and fireplace didn’t make it due to the last hurricane.” If those amenities have been gone for years, they should not still be advertised in the listing.The backyard was also in poor condition, with overgrown weeds and little sign of maintenance.To make matters worse, when we contacted VRBO, we felt completely dismissed. We were told the mold was “just a stain” and that the missing grills and fire pit were not valid concerns, despite being clearly listed amenities and a major factor in our booking decision.Guests deserve accurate listings and properly maintained accommodations. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations.

Bsfore Christina left this review we already left her a 1 star review with the details and want to warn other hosts to stay away from this person and sent the chats and evidence to vrbo support. Be aware do not let this guest stay at your property. Our cleaners sent us photos of the mess and destruction they left. The family had way more people staying there then claimed and then she sent false claims about a pull up bed from the main couch which simply just had a stain on the sheet because it had not been used in a while. When she complained about not having a firepit we immediately mailed one to her and they just left the package outside. BEWARE and AVOID
