Book your stay at our charming corner lot, brick ranch single-family home in Reynoldsburg today and enjoy the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. A cozy living room with flat screen Smart TV, thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, and dining space provide a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. Fenced in back yard and in unit laundry along with private garage finish this well appointed home away from home!
This charming home offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it perfect for families, groups, or corporate travelers seeking a spacious and comfortable retreat. As you enter the property, you`ll be greeted by a well-manicured front yard and the classic charm of a brick ranch-style home. The interior of the home boasts a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Unwind in the spacious living room, featuring a plush sectional sofa that invites relaxation and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining area, which provides a comfortable setting for enjoying delicious food and engaging conversations. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated, ensuring a peaceful night`s sleep after a day of exploration or work. Enjoy the separate laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer and one-car garage, providing secure parking and storage space.
Guests may park in the garage, in the driveway, or on the street. When you first arrive, please enter the home from the front door with an access code we will provide on check-in day. We will also provide you with garage door opener to enter through the garage where you may park during your stay.
For stays of 30 nights or more, a signed lease is required and will be sent via email—we request you provide your email address upon booking. Pets may be allowed for stays of 30 nights or more with host approval, with a $200 fee per pet.
Your hosts are available via platform message, email, text, or phone call.
This property is in a quiet neighborhood of single family homes. The home is near Main St, where you will find shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and many of the major commercial options one would want or need.
While there are bus stops on Main St for limited public transportation options, a car is the best way to get around Reynoldsburg and the Greater Columbus area.

• Long stays require a signed lease, professional cleanings, and HOA agreement (if applicable).
• Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.
GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE
• Please treat the property as you would your own home.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors.
• In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours.
• No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
• The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside).
• Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.
• Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation.
• Additional cleaning or repairs beyond the $1,000 fine may be billed.
• Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering.
• We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. Let us know if anything is missing.
• For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately.
• Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS
• 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in.
• Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance.
• If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook.
• Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules.
• Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
PET POLICY
• No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits.
• For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200).
• For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet.
• Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees.
• All pets must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet.
• Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of.
• Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation, and removal.
SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR
• Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points.
• Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices.
• Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation.
• Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported.
• Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or theft.
• We do not forward mail or packages after departure. Please update your shipping address if needed.
