Fenced Yard with Golf Course View Close To Everything!

You are renting the entire Savannah gray/blue home which also includes linen and towels. Use of the laundry room is also included and detergent and dryer sheets are supplied. The only area of the home which is not permitted is the garage, but don’t worry there are two driveway parking spaces and additional parking along the front of the house for one other car, as well as plenty of parking at the golf course right next door at no extra charge.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The two other bedrooms include a queen bed and a twin bed in each. There is a day bed with a trundle bed in the common area for additional sleeping needs. This home sleeps 10 total.

The home is a ranch style home in the historical neighborhood of Windsor Forest. It is located directly on the La Vida golf course and is a quiet, safe, and convenient neighborhood. The beautiful matured trees covered in Spanish moss give much privacy to all guests.

For those with pets, the backyard is large and fenced in so your fur babies can run free. We also have a doggie door in the living room of the space which has a easily removed cover for pets who are comfortable using it.
