We’re sorry the stay didn’t meet your expectations, but we feel it’s important to clarify the facts. Identity verification is a legal requirement in Morocco, as we must declare all guests to local authorities. It is therefore essential to confirm that the name on the reservation matches a valid ID. You did not respond to our messages, and only sent your phone number with vague arrival information. You eventually arrived at 11:30 PM, without notice or having sent your ID, which is why access was delayed. Check-out is at 12 PM, as clearly stated. You requested to leave at 2:30 PM, which wasn’t possible due to incoming guests. Our cleaning team arrived at the scheduled time. The apartment is non-smoking and was checked before your arrival. We provide a starter kit (towels, toilet paper, etc.), and had you communicated with us respectfully, we would’ve been happy to assist with anything else. Sadly, your lack of communication, disregard for rules, and disrespectful behavior made this one of our most difficult guest experiences. We do not recommend this guest to other hosts.
