Designed with comfort, peace, and luxury in mind, this cozy loft has everything you need, with all the downtown Chattanooga attractions just steps away.

Ideally located 0.6 miles from Coolidge Park and the Walnut St. Walking Bridge, this space provides privacy in a quiet residential neighborhood. We love our city and know that you will too!

Our goal is that you feel at home and cared for, while staying in a prime location to explore all that Chattanooga has to offer.

Located 0.6 miles away from Coolidge Park, this is perfect launching point for all your Chattanooga adventures! Within an easy 10-15 minute walk, or a 2-minute drive, you will discover many downtown and Northshore restaurants, bars, coffeehouses, local artisan retail, salons, day spas, galleries, grocery stores, boutiques, museums, recreational activities, and entertainment attractions. The hardest thing will be deciding what to enjoy first!

Want to explore a little farther? You can rent bikes from Bike Chattanooga and have easy access to miles of downtown Chattanooga or the TN Riverwalk.

This private and luxurious loft includes everything you need to relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway. The fully stocked kitchenette includes dishes and cookware, dishwasher, air fryer/toaster oven, countertop induction cook top, double refrigerator drawers, microwave, crockpot, and blender. You can cook just about anything and enjoy dining at the beautiful brass-clad dining table.

We have a beverage station with a Keurig coffee maker stocked with k-cups, sugar, cream, and various teas with honey. We provide cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper. A collection of complimentary snacks is waiting for you to enjoy!

The living room area provides comfortable seating with two twin sleeper sofas and ottomans. Linens and pillows are available to accommodate these two additional beds. The 50” Roku TV can either face the living room or bedroom area with endless entertainment options through Netflix, Hulu Live, & Disney +, and ESPN+. We’ve got you covered in “The Gig City” with the country’s first gigabit per second internet speed.

We believe your sleep is important and chose a high-end mattress and luxurious sheets and duvet cover to provide maximum comfort. All towels and linens are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

If you are traveling with kids, we have an assortment of games, puzzles, and toys to enjoy. We can provide a pack ’n play and a high chair seat upon request.

Parking is available on the street, right outside the private entrance. There is a washer/dryer combo available for guest use in the loft and we provide some detergent to get you started.

The exterior entrance of the property is monitored by a security camera doorbell. The private entrance is accessible with a keypad for self check-in.

Guests have full access to the loft space, except for two locked storage areas.

Chattanoogafun (dot) com is another great resources for special events, festivals, restaurants, and basic info about the city.

Guests will have access to a private entrance that leads directly upstairs to this loft. There are no shared spaces with other people. This space is located above the garage of a residential home, but doesn't share any walls directly with the residents' house. There is a covered outdoor living space between the house and the garage. The residents are quiet people, but some noise may be heard when they are outside or opening their garage doors below. A fan is provided for white noise if desired.
