Less than 13 miles away from your stay, explore Jamaica Beach City Park, Kelly Hamby Nature Trail Park, and Galveston Island State Park.
Inside your home away from home, beach chic meets modern comfort. The sunlit living room comes adorned with ample seating, a large TV, and effortless deck access. When mealtime rolls around, head for the bright full kitchen equipped with a cheerful, turquoise backsplash, updated appliances, and a breakfast bar.
The charming bedrooms are places of pure peace with their inviting color palettes, carefully curated furnishings, and cool temperatures - thanks to the home's central air-conditioning.
Downstairs, the family room provides a great additional spot for the kids to tune into their weekend morning cartoons. The separate laundry room is another perk to the home's interior, ensuring chore time is the least of your concerns.

Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). The outdoor pools are unheated and open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (closed on Mondays), with no lifeguards on duty. Access to these amenities requires an added on-site fee of $100/week for up to eight people (rates are subject to change). The upstairs and downstairs are not accessible via internal stairs. You must use the outside stairs to access the upstairs and downstairs living areas.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We came back because we just love it here! The layout allows all the teenagers to stay down stairs and me and my husband stay upstairs. Always meticulously clean! Great house!

This little house was so cute and well managed! Nice decorating touch, all furnitures and blankets looks new and very clean !
Few steps away and you are on the beach and also walk to West end restaurant, sandbar grill! We stayed for three days and we definitely felt like we are at home !

Cozy and comfortable!
Everything was so cute and cozy. It really felt like a vacation as soon as we walked in the door. I loved that there was a place for all the bags we brought. The organization was thought through well! The bay, beach, restaurant, park, convenient store are all within walking distance. It is a great location. There is plenty to do in the neighborhood or you can stay in and enjoy the sweet house.
