This property is the smallest home of the three homes, 175 square feet and perfect for one or two people. It is located to the left of Bayfront Bliss and behind Bayfront Bungalow, and is accessed through a paved pathway with beautiful views of the Bay. Recently renovated, this Studio boasts a well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable Murphy bed, and a full bathroom with a beautiful shower, providing all the essentials for a memorable stay. Four-legged companions are also warmly embraced and catered to with complimentary dog water and food bowls as well.

Please Note: This is a 3 unit property. Most outdoor spaces and amenities are shared.

This Studio shares the backyard with the other homes on the property and has its own patio with bistro table and gas grill. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or enjoying dinner on the grill.

*Recommend no more than a 22’ boat (max draft of 26”). Bay Boats, Center Consoles, World Cats, and Twin V’s all work in the bay. Important to note that it can get very shallow at low tide (2’ or less). Water usually averages around 3-4’ deep with sandy bottom.
Will have cleats to tie up, boaters will need to bring their own bumpers.
