You will be the house's sole occupant during your stay, and it will not be shared. You can use the home and outdoor property as your own; feel free to use the kitchen and any supplies. The entire house is only for the use of our guests; enjoy your stay with utmost privacy with the fenced-in yard.
There are outside security cameras installed above the garage and the backyard porch. They can only be accessed by ourselves and solely in case of emergency, home invasion, or home problems. All cameras face outward, and there is no surveillance indoors.

No refunds or credits will be provided after your rental stay is completed.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Please bring your beach towel, as we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.

This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking is only allowed outside the house.
