The view was incredible!

Jim’s cabin was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday! They have both a large pool and a kiddie pool that was perfect to entertain my 2 year old for hours. The kitchen had everything you need to cook & store your food - spices, tubberware, every possible item you could need including even a pizza cutter and potato masher. The view was incredible and my absolute favorite part!

It was perfect for our stay!

It was perfect for our stay with our family. Enough space for 8 of us. Well stocked kitchen, cozy bedrooms (3 of them with bathrooms), total 4.5 bathrooms, pool, hot tub!! We loved it!!

This property has beautiful views and is clean and well kept. The vistas are breathtaking and you can clearly see why the mountains are named the Great Smokies. The hosts were responsive.I will mention two challenges that might be useful for others. First, the property description states that it is wheelchair accessible, saying “You can enter the main level of the house via wheel chair and have access to the master bedroom, living room and kitchen area as well as the outside deck and porch.” This is somewhat true, although there is a small section between the driveway and the patio covered in stones. A family member damaged his mobility scooter (connections came loose that took time to fix) navigating this. Also, to be very clear, the house is not handicap accessible by ADA standards — there are no grab bars in the main bath, for example.Second, I feel the description of the mountain road is insufficient to indicate how difficult it is. You will want a 4WD vehicle. I was most unhappy without one in wet and windy weather.One morning the road was covered with leaves; driving a large SUV without being able to see the borders of the road, on tight steep turns with sharp drops, was stressful. For context, I’ve driven on steep mountain roads in many places. In my view, the roads are not comfortably ‘accessible with any vehicle’ as stated in the description. In fact, given a forecast for unexpected snow, we relocated to a hotel in Pigeon Forge for safety.

We love sitting on the back deck at night and in the morning!

Our family had the best time staying at this cabin. We made a lot of memories there was a lot to do. We went to Dollywood rode mountain coasters. Went off Roading and also went horseback riding and then took a hike up to rainbow Falls. We also went to Cades Cove and saw a bear and three cubs a. We also saw a bear right in our own driveway. We were also so excited thank you for having us the views are beautiful. We love sitting on the back deck at night and in the morning.

The views from this property are absolutely amazing! My family and I enjoyed every day at this property from the pool, hot tub and even got a visit from a black bear right on the front porch our first evening there. It did no harm and was just curious about the new renters! We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to booking in the future. Thank you for a beautiful week!

Best view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and even provided some unexpected surprises such as coffee pods! View cannot be beat! Slightly steep drive up but very manageable without snow; and well worth the million dollar view!! Indoor pool was terrific. Comfortable mattresses too. Owners were very responsive to questions. We would definitely return!

Amazing mountain getaway!

The views are spectacular and the sunsets are not to be missed. We looked forward to seeing the colorful sky every evening. The pool is simply fantastic, especially for families and children. Our kids enjoyed both the big and little pool at the house. This was a nice way to spend the day after the hustle and bustle of downtown Pigeon Forge. The house is decorated beautifully, and also comfortable. The outdoor decks are lovely and we felt safe on them with the kids. As others have stated, the drive up the mountain is a little intimidating at first, as it should be since driving up mountains isn’t something you normally do. However, we quickly got used to it and ventured up and down the mountain to Pigeon Forge on a daily basis. We did not do the drive at night since we were always home to see the sunset. We did see a bear on our first morning there. This was the only bear sighting during our week there. They really aren’t a problem if you are being mindful. We had a wonderful trip and this home played a big part in it!

The stay here was excellent. The cabin was very clean, modern, and spacious. The kids really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. I would absolutely recommend this place to others and would book again in the future.

Fantastic Mountain Cabin

The views provided a great backdrop for some epic photos!

Our family of eight stayed at the Phoenix Lodge and we had a great time. We were in town for our wedding and the lodge provided a great space for our pre-wedding activities like getting hair and make up done, our "first look" and our cake cutting. The views provided a great backdrop for some epic photos! Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and they liked having their own bedrooms and spaces. We would stay here again and hope to be back!

The views are incredible!

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed! The views are incredible, and the house was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the pool. There were multiple gathering spaces, so our group had plenty of space to spend time together. Jim was great with communication and our check in/check out process went very smoothly.

Beautiful stay!

Beautiful stay. Beds are extremely comfortable and the sunset is a must see. Hot tub wasn’t heating the first day, but they were very attentive and offered solutions quickly! It worked for the remainder of the trip. Drive up to the house is intense, but so amazing.

Beautiful Space and Views!

Beautiful Space && views. Very close to all main attractions. Host was very responsive to all questions we had. The place has everything thing you need and is big enough for the perfect family trip. The indoor pool is a major bonus for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay && look forward to booking with you all again !

The kitchen was clean and had everything that we needed for the stay, plates, utilities, and also kiddie plates etc. The pool was nice and clean as well, the kids enjoyed spending most of their time there.
