Jennifer was very welcoming. We loved how close the apartment was to the metro and the space was more than enough room for our family of six. Comfortable beds were awesome!

It was a great space and exactly what we needed for this trip. Easy check in and check out, clean apartment, parking underneath the building and a 5 minute walk to the metro station to go anywhere we needed to get to. Hosts were great with communication before, during, and after.

Great, spacious two bedroom apartment. Jennifer was super responsive - while kitchen was pretty well equipped some of the cookware had been damaged by prior tenants. We messaged and had new cookware delivered within hours. Also enjoyed the beds and bedding. Crystal City is revived, with at least a dozen recently opened restaurants and bars and active nightlife.

Great quick trip to DC

The space was clean and bight. Plenty of space for our family to stay during a quick trip to DC. Easy walk to metro and plenty of dunk by options close by!

One night stay

Location is very convenient, apartment was clean and had the necessities. Parking garage is smaller and a little tight, just be aware if driving a large vehicle.

Fantastic Location! Perfect for dog owners

This was one of the smoothest rentals I’ve had. The apartment had been cleaned and well prepared for our stay. There was a small problem with ants in the bedroom and kitchen during my stay. Upon move-in I had noticed that the owner had made attempts to correct this. It wasn’t a huge issue as the ants were harmless, but they were noted in two rooms. The attached dog park and self dog wash station for the building were a welcome bonus. The location can connect to the Crystal City underground nearly the whole way to the metro line, which is helpful when it rains. Beds were very comfortable, towels were soft, plenty of toiletries, and it has a large kitchen with appliances along with a separate laundry room. Trash chute and recycle is available on each floor just past the elevators. I’ve definitely bookmarked this listing to book again.

Great home base for a DC vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was plenty spacious for our family of 6. The beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the use of the many amenities at this apartment complex, specifically the pool, weight room and pool table. The location is fantastic. It is located only a few blocks from the nearest metro station...which you can access through the tunnel system or walk above ground. The neighborhood felt safe with a variety of restaurants and shops close by. My only suggestion for making this place better is to add a few more things to the kitchen supplies. There were no bowls bigger than a cereal bowl and no measuring cups. We made do but it definitely made it more difficult to make meals. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location!

The apartment was in a safe area. Easy walk to Metro. Parking in the building was a plus. The apt was the perfect size for 4. Apartment was clean & kitchen had basic cooking supplies. The carpet was a little worn but not a big deal. Bring beach towels if you’re interested in outdoor pool. Good communication from hosts.

Family Vacation

Very convenient location to the Metro & restaurants! We had dinner one night at Bob & Edith’s Diner - highly recommend. Also, We The Pizza in Crystal City Shops was good! I agree with other reviews that the furniture isn’t the most comfortable, but the only other negative is not having more than one bath towel per person. There is a washer/dryer in the unit along with laundry detergent, so we just did a load of towels daily.

Family Vacation

The property was good and in a great location close to the metro and many restaraunts. The living room furniture was a little uncomfortable but the owners provided all the neccesary supplies such as garbage bags, toiltet paper, diswashing liquid soap, etc. There weren't dressers in the bedroom, but there were dozens of hangers and plenty of storage with the 3 large closets. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend earplugs since the property is next to very busy streets. Overall the place was excellent and I would definitely stay again.

Location Was Good

It was not the luxury oasis we were expecting. There was individual cool/heat thermostats in each bedroom - but didn't work to cool down on warm days. HEAT STAYS ON until MAY, and COOL STAYS ON until October - so on a warm day in D.C., we never got cool..... when we opened the window, the noise was unbearable and kept us all awake. Popcorn ceilings, some towels soiled, holes in the bathroom wall, and when repaired, it was sloppily done, and never covered the hole. Baseboards not totally cleaned, bad paint job. The parking garage had16 wrecked bicycles by the doorway, covered with grease and dust, having been there for years, it seemed - just an old, dated property. Not the host's fault, just the local team, I'm sure. The LOCATION was great, however, close to the airport, near shopping and D.C. - just needs a total renovation to get rid of the layers of paint and minimal-upkeep appearance. Host was easy to contact, and helpful. Concierge desk was nice to have.

Spacious Condo in Convenient, Safe Neighbourhood

My husband and I stayed in this condo in Crystal City and we were very happy with it. This is a very spacious condo in a great location. There were many restaurants within walking distance and the Metro to DC was just a 3-5 minute walk away. We could leave the condo and be in front of whatever attraction we chose in about 20 minutes. The owners are very nice and quick to respond to any inquiry. We would definitely stay there again for any future visit to Washington.
