Welcome to the spectacular Seahorse Villa! Enjoy blue skies, gorgeous ocean views, and your very own private pool when you vacation at Seahorse Villa on St Simons Island! Walk 125 yards and you'll find yourself at the popular Coast Guard Beach for fun in the sun. This lovely 3,610 sq. ft. multi-story new home offers fantastic amenities for the perfect beach getaway.

ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹ā€‹Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $50/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! ā€“ the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the maximum occupancy (14 persons). Spring break groups and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, student groups, etc. are strictly prohibited.

Upon entering Seahorse Villa, guests are greeted by a gorgeous foyer and private elevator which makes moving groceries and luggage a snap. Also on the ground level is a half bath, access to a beautiful pool and covered dining space with a gas grill as well as a large two-car garage. The second level offers three bedrooms each with their bathrooms. Also on this level is a second den, perfect for your younger guests. The unique setup of this living space also has access to a covered porch and offers custom-made bunk beds that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The spacious third-level, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is the perfect entertaining space for everyone in your group to spend quality time together when not soaking in the sun and sand. Prepare meals and enjoy the expansive views on one of six covered porches or relax in the comforts of a well-appointed living room with a large flat-screen television. The chef's kitchen will have the home cook living in luxury. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and utensil you will need during your stay. Gather around the large kitchen island which seats five and a dining table with room to comfortably seat 8 people. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sun-filled living space for all your entertaining needs.

The top level of Seahorse Villa exemplifies luxury and features an unbelievable primary King suite with a massive ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and its very own covered balcony. Your breath is sure to be taken away by the gorgeous ocean views and tranquility offered by this amazing space. You won't be disappointed!

Girls trip

This property was perfect for my group of girls! It was a very short walk to the beach, accessible, and very clean. The property management company was very friendly and always very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing family location

We had a wonderful time with extended family! The house had everything we could possibly need. Only part that was bothersome was the muddy walkway to the beach in nasty water but thatā€™s to no fault of the home! Just the changing of the beach in last few years. We will def want to stay again!

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving vacation. The beds we so comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking our own meals, and the beach was in view and just a few steps away.

We had a great stay at Seahorse Villa! Plenty of room for us 7 girls to spread out on our girls trip. Its a little tricky to get to the beach, but other than that we had a great time!

The home was beautiful and the private pool was a hit for everyone. The walk to the beach is not bad. Takes about 5 min. Adorable town. The management company was quick to fix any issues.

Ideal beach house

Our family had an incredible time at the Seahorse Villa. The layout is wonderful, allowing everyone to come together on the third floor while still retaining some privacy at night when everyone heads to their rooms. The heated pool was a lovely touch as the kids stayed busy during the day even as the temps were in the 40s and 50s.

Wonderful house for a large group

This was the perfect house for our large group of all ages. Amazing ocean views from the decks on every floor. Most of the sleeping area was on the second floor, while the living area was on the third, which allowed groups to gather and not disturb people wanting to sleep. The heated pool was perfect for a February trip. We will definitely be back.

Great stay for families

This house very comfortably fit two families (4 adults and 7 kids). The location is very convenient to the ocean (about 150 yard walk down a wooden path). Pool at house is perfect size for younger kids - they loved it. Kitchen is very nice and had everything we could have wanted. The views from the balconies are better than they look online. Having coffee on the porch in the morning was great. Elevator is pretty easy to use and very helpful when loading/unloading luggage

The house was wonderful! Very spacious. But the access way to the beach was awful! We had to walk through deep nasty water to get to the beach. It was not sanitary at all. A bridge needs to be built to be able to get to the beach. I hated for my four small grandchildren to have to walk through this.

Family getaway

We had a great time at this property. The house was beautiful and accommodating to everyone. Loved the balconies and plenty of space for everyone to have family time and quiet time if needed. Also took advantage of the bike rentals which was really neat. Itā€™s about a 15 minute bike ride and we were in the middle of shops restaurants and parks. If I can offer any criticism it would be the house proximity to the beach. Itā€™s a good 10 minute walk and bringing a cooler or anything with wheels was not possible as the trek was a middle wet and merky swampish at times. With little ones and a handicap parent bathroom visits could be a problem. But other than that love the experience and the house.

SeaHorse Villa

Sea Horse Villa, spotlessly clean upon arrival, is a great home for a family gathering! 5 BRā€™s each with itā€™s own bathroom. The bunk room accommodated our 4 grandchildren easily. The Atlantic was a short walk from Sea Horse Villa and the private pool was so enjoyed by our family. The ping-pong table was a nice plus for pm competitions. A great vacation home! There is however, a disconnect between the property management company (off shore) and the local team. I paid in advance to have the pool heated, and it was stone cold upon arrival. It took 3 emails, 3 phone calls and 36 hours before someone came to addrsss the issue. A big disappointment for our 5 small grandchildren who wanted to swim on day 1 and day 2 after traveling from the wintery Midwest! I had asked 30 dats prior to our arrival if the home had a crock potā€¦I received 3 different text messages, 3 different answers from 3 different cell numbers. Customer Service was mediocre. You never knew who you were dealing with. Youā€™d receive a text message from someone located who knows where stating: ā€œwe apologize for this inconvenienceā€. But no one ever said who would take responsibility, when the issue would be addressed and by who. Would we recommended and rent Sea Horse Villa again: Yes. Absolutely! Do we want to deal with Vacasa Property management: not really.

Nice home-difficult beach access

This home was nice and modern. The beach access was miserable. With 5 grandchildren it was rough to navigate and difficult to get chairs, tents, coolers and people to the beach. As a result, we only went 3-4 times. Thank goodness for a nice pool. The bunk bed configuration worked great the children. However, the other 3 bedrooms for parents were connected to the bunk room. It became a very small ā€œneighborhoodā€ for 9 people. The master bedroom and closet were unbelievable. We could have had 4 blowup mattresses in the closet! Need directions for the Induction stove top and the dishwasher. Once you start the dishwasher, alert everyone that you have done so and do not open the dishwasher door until the blue light shines on the floor.

Pre-Thanksgiving family trip

Our family tries a little trip every year on our way up to the Carolinaā€™s. This years trip was so enjoyable. This house was beautifully designed for large family gatherings. The Master Suite on the top floor was spectacular. The rooms and bunk beds on the second floor was our BabyGrands dream come true. The children loved playing and sleeping all together in that wonderful area that was kid friendly. We seriously canā€™t say enough accolades about this property.

A good family outing in spite of Ian

We loved the solid, expansive house with space for everyone. The kitchen, living Great Room was nice for the family activities. We spent a lot time during stormy part of week. The porches were spacious with great surf views. The pool was enjoyed by the kids when the sun was out. Tues we watched a glorious sunset from the balcony The more adventures did body surfing in the high waves. When the storm came we played games with wind and rain vistas. In spite the storm the family had a great week!

Our grandkids loved the house, from the elevator, to the bedrooms away from the living area, to the private pool. The 4 year old boy is shy and was pleased that only his family could be in the pool. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

Awesome Family Getaway

This is a gorgeous property! We had 12 family members staying here, aged from 10-83 years old. The elevator was a huge plus for the grandparents as well as getting luggage and groceries upstairs. The multiple balconies provided incredible views and the pool was a big hit. Itā€™s in an excellent location - do yourself a favor and visit the World War II Museum located practically next door. St. Simons Island is an excellent place to visit and this house made our vacation complete!

Wonderful 4 days in St Simons

This house is beautiful and suited our multiple generation family perfectly. The house was spotless, well appointed with plenty of kitchen pots, pans, plates, and glasses. We had a lot of room to spread out as well as wonderful spaces to gather. The location one house away from the ocean was perfect for beach time, and the little kids also enjoyed splashing in the pool. A couple of minor suggestions: It would be nice to have some welcome materials as no one greeted us to explain how the house works such as, is there recycling, etc. We did have someone we could text with any questions, but some introductory materials would have been helpful. When we did text to ask about operating the grill because it wasnā€™t working, we were told to go purchase a lighter. Fixing the grill and the pull for the outdoor shower would be great.
