The building is in a quiet alley off Le Van Sy street that cars can enter, does not flood in the rainy season, and is close to Tan Son Nhat airport and Saigon railway station.

Guest access
Fingerprint entry to the building, elevator to all floors, free motorbike parking and a shared laundry room with washer and dryer (80,000 VND per use). Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00.
