Welcome to Chelsea Canvas II, an expansive loft-duplex nestled at the crossroads of West Village, Chelsea, and Meatpacking. This prime location offers an unbeatable lifestyle! Step into your personal oasis where captivating north and south exposures bathe the space in natural light. Prepare to be captivated by the expansive living area featuring 11.5' tall ceilings, an impressive 25' width, and a rare 43' south-facing private garden. Bask in the sunshine on the deck, comfortably accommodating 8 guests, or relax in the tranquility of the garden. The master suite boasts a custom marble bath and a den area, while the master and third bedroom offer delightful views of the immense back garden and serene tree-lined surroundings. The second bedroom is generously sized and features a dedicated office space. This exceptional home is designed for refined living and entertaining, providing the perfect canvas for your ideal lifestyle.

This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.
The Neighborhood:
The West Village draws fashionable crowds to its designer boutiques and trendy restaurants. Quaint streets, some still cobblestoned, are lined with Federal-style townhouses and dotted with public squares. Notable venues include the Village Vanguard jazz club and the Stonewall Inn bar, site of the 1969 riots that launched the gay rights movement. The historically arty area also has piano bars, cabarets and theaters.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
