The space:
* 6 bedrooms - 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 4 full sized bunk beds, 1 twin bed, 2 air mattresses can also be provided (sleeps 15 people in beds, up to 19 people with air mattresses)

* Large basement with a bar, ping pong table, Wrigley-inspired lounge area, and TV

* 3 full bathrooms - towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, first aid kit provided

* 2 kitchens - fully stocked w/ all cooking essentials including pans, utensils, wine glasses, dishes, oil, salt and pepper, coffee machine, toaster, baking trays etc.

* 2 living rooms with plenty of seating for everyone and 55 inch smart TVs throughout the house

* 2 covered parking spaces in private garage

Guest access:
You will have access to the entire house including the main floor, second floor, basement game room, and the attic which has a laundry room. You will also have access to the 2-car parking garage.

Other things to note:
If you have more than 15 guests there will be a $50 per night per person fee to accommodate the additional cleaning and wear & tear on the house. The house can sleep a MAX of 19 people.
