The space features: stylish kitchen/living room with brand new appliances & a cozy futon; bedroom with pillow-top queen mattress & built-in closet system; large bathroom stocked with product; & an in-unit washer/dryer. Perfect for singles, couples or a small family.
The space
Living Room & Kitchen: an open concept space featuring a cozy (futon) couch, 4 bar-stool counter, retro fridge and appliances, a large smart TV and plenty of lovely accessories for any/all dining & entertaining needs.

Bedroom: a serene space featuring a queen bed with pillow-top mattress, double night stands with reading lamps, built-in closet storage and a modern fan. And some favorite LA-art!

Bathroom: a large footprint featuring brand new modern tiling, plenty of plush towels, and a wide vanity with lots of storage. Plus our favorite, yummy bath products.

Patio: Outdoor living at it's best! Our private patio features seating for lounging or dining, the most comfortable hammock and even space for corn hole. Plenty of succulents make it clear you're in California!
