Our neighborhood is very safe and charming with many beloved spots in this flourishing local area of East Nashville. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available if you choose not to bring a car. This condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer!

This was a very clean and well equipped condo. We were very comfortable relaxing with our morning coffee planning our day. Beds was super comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this condo! The location couldnā€™t have been betterā€”short drive to Broadway and close to the stadium, making it perfect for both exploring and entertainment. Having free parking was a huge bonus and made everything so much more convenient.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The living space felt bright and welcoming, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it easy to prepare meals when we wanted a break from dining out.We also loved how many shops, restaurants, and coffee spots were nearbyā€”everything was within easy reach. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Jenā€™s condo was perfect for our recent stay in Nashville. It was well furnished with plenty of room for three. It was convenient to the downtown area and the Vanderbilt campus. Jen was also quick to answer any questions and helpful in choosing a restaurant nearby. Also a coffee shop is across the street from the property where we had breakfast before leaving for home.

Comfortable condo. Great mattresses and nice touch to provide coffee. The rugs in the bedrooms are no conducive to closing the doors. Easy to turn on the stovetop by mistake when opening a kitchen drawer. Second bedroom needs a bedside table. Convenient coffee shop across the street. Would stay there again.

The place was very clean and well kept. My only complaints would be that it definitely doesnā€™t sleep 8 comfortably. We had 4 people and it was tight. The top bunk bed was very wobbly so one of us had to sleep on the couch. Otherwise great location and communication with the host.

Good, quiet location

The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location was also great for us - there were some great restaurants, breweries and coffee shops in the neighborhood while still being fairly walkable and quiet. Only a short uber or drive to Broadway or the stadiums.

Great location and amenities just as described!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nashville in this lovely unit! Everything was just as pictured. The location was within close proximity to many of Nashville's attractions, which made getting around very easy. Loved being able to walk across the street to All People Coffee - delicious and friendly environment. We had our children with us this trip and we felt very safe and welcomed the entire trip. Would definitely stay here again - thanks for the hospitality!

This place was perfect for our visit to Nashville for Americanafest. It was near the main bars we were attending along with an easy Uber ride into downtown. Nice parking lot although fairly narrow but doable. It is small so not perfect if you plan to spend a lot of time in there which you shouldnā€™t be. The pictures show it exactly as it is. Warning to gals coming in for bachelorette party. The master shower you have to reach into the back to turn the shower on, either be fast or bring a shower cap to keep your hair dry.šŸ˜Š. I loved walking my dog around the neighborhood lots of renovations going on along with the cute older homes. Nice coffee shop across the street. Jen was very responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay there next year if we can find another couple to come with us, otherwise we have to find a smaller place.
