Christian is an amazing host. Love the security in the building. Apartment on the 16th floor with amazing view. This is in the center of the city so lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend!

We were there for 12 nights. The apartment and complex were awesome. However the apartment is more show home than functional. There was no mattress protector on the bed and the sheets were pilled. There is a pool but no pool towels provided. They provide two bath towels and two face cloths; no face towels. There is a kitchen but only 1 pot, 1 frying pan and 1 stock pot. There are only 3 utensils provided for cooking (1 lg serving spoon, 1 egg flipper and a corkscrew). There are no pans or dishes to use in the oven, no large bowls for preparing or serving food, no dishes provided for leftovers. If you are only there for the accommodation and plan on eating out- go for it. If you are planning on being there a while and doing your own cooking - look elsewhere. I did send a message to the host on our second day outlining the deficiencies however they never replied back!!
Your only cooking utensils
I forgot to mention only 1 knife 🔪 for cutting; I had to buy a sharpener to use it. No steak or paring knives!

Based on your message, I didn't see the need to reply since I was already aware of what you would do, which I will certainly take into consideration. Perfect little gem in great neighborhood

I was here for a week-long work trip and this apartment was a wonderful landing place! Located within walking distance of a grocery store, a variety of restaurants, and a fantastic bakery. The apartment was clean and offered a great little gym, and lots of security. The host was lovely and very quick to respond to questions. My next business trip stay will certainly be here!

Beautiful Apartment but lots of traffic noise

The apartment was on the top floor and is beautiful but the widows are basically useless with regards to noise. There is a train which runs right next to the apartment and bus and motorcycle noise sounds like the windows are wide open. Its pretty surprising.

The apartment was beautifully appointed and elegantly decorated. Clean, well furnished and commanded an excellent view of the city. Within walking distance to San Pedro, Escalante, Los Yoses, San Jose’s Center, the Atlantico rail station and many cultural amenities. Exciting culinary experiences restaurants and bakeries. Safe, clean and the Tico hospitality is bar none. We will definitely return.

Christian war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, von der Buchung bis zum Check-Out war alles verständlich und verlief reibungslos. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts hat Christian uns nach dem Rechten gefragt. Das Appartement ist in einem sicheren Gebäudekomplex gelegen und hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht über San José mit allen Annehmlichkeit die es für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Christian hat uns alle Informationen zur Unterkunft geschickt, als auch eine Empfehlungsliste der umliegenden Restaurants. Wir haben das nahegelegene Frühstücksrestaurant und die Beer Factory besucht, welches wir auch sehr empfehlen können. Kulturell ist ein ein Besuch im National Museum von San José ein muss, wenn man sich für die Geschichte von Costa Rica interessiert. Zusammengefasst hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und können den Gastgeber als auch die Unterkunft wärmsten empfehlen, wir würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen.

La atención fue muy concisa y precisa, nos sentimos muy cómodos, ya que el lugar es limpio y pudimos dormir bien y despertar descansados, además desde la habitación hacia la ciudad la vista es impresionante.
