Phenomenal!! This is a high-end residence with luxury appointments at every glance. The host invested in quality furnishing along with the best surfaces and finishing touches throughout, all orchestrated by a professional interior designer. There is nothing like it in the area, definitely NOT a typical beach property, this location is a true diamond find. Covered parking makes FL rainstorms a ā€œno issueā€ and the bird sanctuary next door adds to the tranquility. The beach in front of the unit is private so there is no public access and only people staying there are lounging in front of the building.The unit is extremely well maintained and is very quiet. If you like luxury beach accommodations this place is for you. The host is a class act, very sweet and accommodating. I was extremely sad to leave and canā€™t wait to come back for another stay. The location is perfect and right in the middle of the best restaurants.Whether youā€™re a hard working person that wants to get away from it all, or a family looking for a safe and elegant property, you wonā€™t find anything to compare at the price point. I canā€™t wait to come back again soon!

Our stay was wonderful in this beautiful condo. The space is bigger than anticipated and accommodated our family of 6 very comfortably. It is right on the ocean so that is wonderful as well. The host was very gracious.

We live on the East coast of FL & wanted a quick little summer family trip (my husband, myself, our 2 kids & my parents) to the west coast. I found this little gem in Indian Shores right on the Gulf, with tons of restaurants & bars nearby :) Alina, the host was absolutely amazing! She got us checked in (with access to everything) earlier than we ever expected, which gave us extra time to settle in, which in turn gave us more family time on our first day! An absolute must go to spot for your next vacation! :)

Family Vacation

Everything was excellent on our stay! The condo was very nicely decorated and super clean. The master bed was probably the most comfortable mattress Iā€™ve ever slept on. The property is super close to the beach so easy to transport beach chairs etc. We highly recommend this property! Also, our host Alina was very helpful and attentive. She was really great to work with!

Beautiful condo

We stayed on this property for a long weekend. The condo is beautiful, very clean, very well stocked with everything you need and the property manager was very accommodating and available. The beach is beautiful and the pool area was huge with lots of chairs and gas grills. We had a great stay!

Beautiful Easter Week

This property was perfect for a week with our 2 adult daughters and my 75 year old mom. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. My husband LOVED the bird sanctuary you can see from the balcony. Although the property is still in the process of being repaired from the recent hurricane, the elevators were operational, the pool was in great shape, and the access to the beach could not have been easier. Grills on the beach deck were very convenient to cook several meals. Alina was a responsive and very gracious host. We would definitely stay here again!

Family bonding girls trip

My sister, mom, daughter and I very much enjoyed our stay. Great location in general. The beach is right out the door. You can rent a cabana on the beach right in front of the building. My mom loved the master suite particularly the shower. The condo was very comfortable and has everything you need for a beach vacation including chairs and beach towels. The kitchen was well equipped. The washer and dryer were great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. John's Pass was fun. We went on a boat cruise from there and had a couple of meals there as well. The condo owner, Alina, was very accommodating. We were able to get into the condo earlier than the usual check in time and it made our day. She also checked on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. Great communication with us. This was a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay

We completely enjoyed our stay at this condo.this unit was spacious, all amenities were updated, and the balcony was large with good views of the gulf & bird sanctuary. The owner was available and very responsive. The pool area was large and comfortable. We were right on the beach, and a great location with access to all local attractions.We have already booked for next year.

The hostess was very helpful and quick response. Beautiful unit and we felt right at home. On a quiet beach. Dolphins swim by and a bird sanctuary next to our building. Very big pool deck and nice pool. Beautiful sunsets.

Steps away from a quiet beach, fully equipped with large kitchen and patio. TV in every room. We really enjoyed the birds and view from the balcony. Birds were quiet (and beautiful). Slept with our window open to the sounds of water lapping on the sand. We were there post hurricane and pleased that the unit has no damage.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay, this place was fantastic! The property owner was very repsonsive leading up to our arrival and was readily available throughout our stay with information about the condo and great suggestions of things to do in the area! We felt the condo was as described if not better, it was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool was great and the beach was soft white sand! The condo was well equipped with anything youd need for the beach - umbrella, chairs, toys, plenty of towels, ect.... Its a place we would come back to again if we're in the area!

Fantastic area!!

The property was clean, secure, up to date, and located in a great spot! Communication was just as good, there was no stress involved in booking, checking in, and checking out....very simple. The area is one of the best we have been to, lots of shopping, restaurants, and it was great for walking or running. Only suggestion would be to explore a little for places to eat, Google doesn't pick up many of the gems that are nearby. Would love to come back to this property!!

We had a great 5 days staying here. Real home from home feel to this apartment. Abundance of kitchen equipment, towels, beach chairs. Good quality linens on beds. Anything anyone could want. Couldnā€™t be any closer to the beach. Really lovely quiet beach too. Lots of eateries within walking distance. The owner was very quick to respond to any queries, gave us some lovely recommendations for restaurants, we went to everyone one and they were brilliant!! Instructions were easy to understand and we had no problem. Really canā€™t say much more than if you are thinking about renting this condo, please do!! My only complaint was that the master suite shower was so good all the family wanted to shower in it. We almost had to have a rota! Being British, we couldā€™ve made use of a kettle but we just boiled water in a saucepan for a brew. It wasnā€™t a problem. We loved it!

Much needed getaway

Condo was exactly as depicted in VRBO listing- communication with Alina was easy and timely- loved this area of the gulf coast- so much to do at your fingertips. Condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need- especially liked the beach umbrella šŸ‘. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet vacation getaway! Excellent!

The condo is great! It worked so well for us with 2 small children. We had everything we needed. Having the beach chairs, toys, boogie boards was a real plus. We loved the location, beach and pool area. Condo had plenty of space and well equipped. The owner checked in to be sure we had everything we needed, which was really nice! We hope to be back next year!šŸ˜Ž

We live in Tampa, visit our second home often, and plan to move there when we retire. We have decorated and remodeled the condo to offer all the comforts of a home away from home. We gather here with family and friends often, and have built many cherished memories of our times together at 'our' beach, and hope you and your loved ones can do the same!

The Gulf beaches are just stunning, calm clear waters with an array of colors, wild life, colorful shells, and miles of peaceful white sand beaches; yet we are within walking distance of fine dining, unique shops, and many water sports and amenities, including day cruises such as Deep Water Fishing, Casino Cruises, Dolphin Watching and children's cruises, water sports, great entertainment and fresh local seafood restaurants. We enjoy our family getaways and hope to share our beautiful beaches and home with our guests. We live in Tampa, just about 45 minutes away from the condo, and bought this property as our second home. Our aim is to make our guests feel this is a second home to them as well. Many of our guests and repeat customers year after year.

Only 30 minutes to Tampa and 1.5 hours to Disney World. Our building is one of the best on the beach, with Resort like pool deck, heated pool, jacuzzi and pool deck overlooking the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. You will have your own assigned covered free parking, and also plenty of free visitors's parking. Leave your car parked, and take the local trolley, which stops in the front of our building, and takes you to all the beaches. Visit the new Dali Museum in St. Petersburg , the lively restaurants of Clearwater Beach or go shopping at John's Pass. Walk miles and miles of white sand beaches, or fish on the Gulf of Mexico, collect shells, take a stroll for an ice cream, or walk to The Friendly Tavern, with its local tiki bar opened during the day, and fun karoke nights, and walk back home (only three blocks away). Enjoy the adjacent Bird Sanctuary with free admissions. Experience local restaurants and fresh seafood, or sit back with sand between your toes, relax, and enjoy our spectacular sunsets!
