This home offers access for one card holder and an additional daily fee of $6 for an additional guest to a wealth of amenities and recreational activities, including golf courses, swimming pools, fitness centers, and social clubs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area where you can savor delicious meals while enjoying the company of family and friends. Other notable features of this home include a washer/dryer and central air-conditioning. Additionally, the house is equipped with TV streaming services, providing access to a wide range of entertainment options for your enjoyment.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
