Wonderful place and great host. Amenities are great for cyclists. From the bike storage in back shed to the hot tub for a nice relaxing recovery after a long ride. Property is in walking distance of everything that makes Brevard a great place to visit. Will definitely be booking again!

Wonderful property!!!!! We really enjoyed the large hot tub. The house was very clean. The location was very convenient to downtown, restaurants, and waterfalls. We enjoyed all the little extras - extra towel bars in the bathrooms, very comfortable mattresses, well stocked kitchen, and outdoor lighting. We will return.

There are not enough superlatives to describe Bradā€™s home and what a terrific host he is. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The furnishings are comfortable and inviting. The backyard is at the foot of a beautiful mountain and has everything you need for relaxing - a hot tub, a furnished patio, and even an outdoor shower. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and live music venues. But the best thing about it is the host- he reaches out personally to make sure you have everything you need, and if you need something that he doesnā€™t have, he makes an effort to get it for you. In our case, we needed a pack ā€˜nā€™ play, and he didnā€™t have one, so he bought one for the home. On a scale of 1-10 in ranking hosts, he is an 11. We couldnā€™t have been happier with our stay at Bradā€™s Brevard home.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay in this house. The house was very clean, very well equipped having everything we needed from extra towels to cozy, plush blankets, a fire pit, a jacuzzi, comfortable beds. The location was close to restaurant and bars. I plan to stay here again.

Clean. Comfy beds. Quiet rooms for sleeping. Excellent property. Brad reached out prior to our trip, which was super. We had no need to contact him over the weekend we were there, but I am sure his reachability and responsiveness would have been great. The management of the property shows that the host is on top of everything.

Fantastic property. Walking distance to Downtown Brevard and right in the heart of the vibrant Lumberyard District. The Lumberyard Oasis is truly that. Abundant wildlife sightings right from the hot tub. Beautifully appointed and decorated. Fantastic communication with the host. My favorite rental in Brevard.

Spacious and Immaculate Property!

Such a thought out property, it has everything you need without being cluttered. It was enjoyed by all of us who stayed. And the hot tub and outdoor shower were such a treat! A big plus were the restaurants and breweries on the street, had a great community feel.

Immaculately clean, great location!

The property owner was wonderful. Great communication from reservation to the end of the stay. They thought of everything from a well stocked kitchen to firewood for the fire pit. Less than 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Property was spotless and tastefully decorated. Close to great hiking spots and beautiful views. Brevard is a hidden gem in NC. Already recommended the area and home to others.

Our annual fall trip back to Brevard for clean mountain air, soulful music, all shared with friends was even more perfect this year with this Lumber Yard Oasis home. The home is spotless, complete with well appointed comfortable beds and furniture. No details were spared with soft bedding, ample supplies of towels, and a well stocked kitchen. The hosts are as welcoming and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hose has a charming outdoor space complete with hot tub, and charming landscaping. We look forward to returning again !

Great place to stay

We have stayed in several VRBOā€™s in Brevard. All have been nice but this one is really top tier. From the booking process, our stay, our check out, and everything in between, Brad was on top of things and easy to communicate with. It was in a great place, easy walk to everywhere downtown. We will definitely be back to this place

This place is the best!

We made so many great memories here. The owner was great to work with and very quick to respond. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The location was magical-tons of fun shops and food within walking distance yet backed up to the forest. From the backyard, we watched white squirrels wrestle in the morning and fireflies light up at night. We are already talking about going back!

This property so comfortable, well equipped, and just all around perfect Our group consisted of two couples and 2 kiddos and the property had everything we needed for a short hiking get away. Family favorites were the outdoor shower, hot tub and fire pit. While we didn't use the shed for bikes, it did provide a convenient space for a couple of works calls. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops and the toy store. And it was just a short drive for great hiking. Brad was a fabulous host. He was extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions.
