Amazing stay!!!!

We absolutely loved the spacious living area in this beach house !! It is perfect for a big family ! There were plenty of places to sleep and room to spread out. We also loved that this house is right on the water. It’s secluded so beach is peaceful and not crowded. Close to Panacea which had some really good restaurants and fresh fish shops!! We will definitely stay again!!!

Moose 1609 Fishing Trip

A bunch of us from the Dublin Moose Lodge 1609 enjoyed the beach and a fishing charter. Everything was perfect.

Amazing

Absolutely love this house and property. My crew had a total of Seven, my wife, my mom and four kiddos and me. Every bed was super comfortable, each bathroom is top notch, kitchen is very accommodating with room to spare. The location on the beach is perfect because at low tide you can walk out on the sandbars a good distance and colllect untouched seashells with the family and perfect for casting a fishing pole. One thing I want to specifically note, yes there are incredible restaurants available but some only open late in the week, so if you’re staying a whole week, or if you’re on a budget, there is a Publix and a Walmart in Crawfordville (15 minute drive) to stock up!!! This please is absolutely perfect in every way!! And no there is no exaggeration! We love this place and will definitely continue coming here.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful property. Excellent host. Everything was as expected. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with newer appliances and dishes and our host provided enough basics to get us started. The view from the deck is amazing! And the beach is beautiful white sand with a gentle slope. Really enjoyed watching the local dolphins feeding along shore and chasing fish. We loved the location And have returned to this area for many years. This is definitely a premier place.

Great for Families

The property was lovely situated on Alligator Point with ample space for everybody. We particularly enjoyed the large common areas, including a well stocked kitchen and beautiful views of the Gulf. What we particularly liked about this property is that sunrises and sunsets were both visible from the back porch. My boys were able to enjoy fishing and exploring around in the shallow areas. The elevator was a key in our decision making as we have family who are unable to do stairs. We hope to be back again soon..

Great place to get away from it all.

Loved this house. Very highly recommend. It was perfect. If you are looking for a an off-the-grid experience without actually being off-the-grid, then this house is for you. No noise. Nothing but the sounds of ocean and birds. Screened-in porch was very nice. House has nearly every amenity you can think of. You are 20-30 mins away from grocery stores and restaurants. Great BBQ and seafood in Panacea. There was no food-delivery service given its remote location. As long as you know that going in, you can plan accordingly. Finally, owner responsiveness was quick. Answered all the question we asked prior to arrival. Never had to wait for an answer. Will most definitely be going back.

Amazing house, amazing time!

We had the best time! We booked a long weekend as a "final" getaway before school starts back in the fall. The house was a little big for just the four of us (a four-year old, a six year-old and my husband and myself), but it was as clean and as comfortable as could be! The house is right on the beach, and the views were amazing. The kayaks provided were also so, so fun! We adventured often and found lots of fun wildlife (sand dollars, sea snails, fish...all left unharmed, I promise!). We have stayed a couple of times at other rentals at Alligator Point, and this house is definitely more updated and modern than the other places we have stayed -- no dig on the more "cottage-y" locations, just noting in case that is something that is important to you one way or the other! The amount of "creature comforts" that were provided by the host was also above and beyond what I would typically expect from a Vrbo rental. There was plenty of everything -- paper products, cleaning supplies, dish/laundry detergent, you name it. The coffee station was also much appreciated :) Especially given the remoteness of Alligator Point (which I LOVE...until I realize I forgot something and have a 20+ minute drive into "town" to get it!), this aspect was particularly valuable. THANK YOU! Overall a truly wonderful home and weekend -- we would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

Amazing experience!

We had an absolutely great time at this home! The location was perfect, very private! The house was as advertised and well stocked with essentials. The host had excellent communication during our stay. The wildlife was plentiful and fishing off the beach was quite successful. One thing to consider if you are traveling with littles is there are a lot of interior stairs, so we purchased a cheap baby gate to block them off, which worked perfectly. 10/10 experience!

Private getaway

The home was large and very nice. The beach was very private with only a couple of people on the beach. There are few restaurants in the area but we had a great vacation and would go back!

Wonderful

Alligator Point in general and this house in particular is absolutely wonderful. This is the place to be to feel like you have an entire beach to yourself. The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. The elevator was an added bonus for a family member recovering from a hip replacement. I cant wait to go back!!

Wonderful Family Getaway!

Our family has been coming to Alligator Point for almost 20 yrs and this is one of the best properties we've stayed in. Plenty of space, very nice and well kept. The only two (very small) complaints we could mention were a spoiled banana in a chest of drawers and an overflowing garbage can upon arrival on Saturday with garbage pickup not until Wednesday. Overall, an excellent stay at an excellent property!

Graduation Celebration

Our family enjoyed a relaxing and fun wknd at this beautiful beach house. There was plenty of room for everyone with the amenities of home. It allowed for our family to celebrate the joyous occasion of a college graduation together! Highly recommended!

Perfect family getaway to the sea

We had 3 adults and 3 teenagers. We had plenty of room! I'm very concerned with cleanliness and this place was cleaned from top to bottom. The furniture was so comfy, plenty of blankets, towels kleenex...everything we could ever need! My only complaint is that there is no door dividing the master bedroom and bathroom area and that we could not stay longer. We'll be back!! Thank you for sharing!!!

AMAZING

We had such a wonderful time! I would LOVE to come back some day!!! Very quiet and peaceful location. The sounds of the ocean at night put me right to sleep! Beautiful sunrise and sunsets as you can see from the 2 pictures I took which are used in the listing! The house was beautiful and the kitchen very functional. Couldn't ask for a better host - I messaged and called her several times with questions and she responded right away and was extremely pleasant to talk to and was very helpful. As a health nut, I wasn't thrilled about plastic utensils for cooking, but the pots and pans were good to use. I loved the dishes - very unique. I did have to tell the host that only half of the Jacuzzi bath tub jets worked. Also, the coffee creamers were left on the counter and they were soured (should be refrigerated). The light switches were labeled which was very helpful - except we couldn't get the lights on the lower stairway landing to turn on no matter what we tried. The patio and outside furniture was dirty and I had to clean the plastic chairs prior to using them. The cushions on the patio furniture could use a washing. I loved the outside sink, but the counter was full of junky seashells when we got there, which I had to remove in order to use the counter to dry our seashell keepsakes. These are very trivial complaints and the overall experience was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet vacation!

Forever Fall Beach House

Bottom line is that this property does not disappoint in anyway, perfect location, layout, and all of this includes a perfect elevator to move you from the open ground floor, to the main floor to the top floor. We will return for sure. If you have never visited Alligator Point, Fl in the fall this is the place for you, perfect weather, perfect house, perfect for families and friends. ENJOY!
