Charming two-story, luxury cottage on the Bay in Ptown's preferred West End. Spectacular water views. French doors open to a private brick patio and a large deck shared with one other cottage. Lounge on the teak steamer chaises and hear the water lapping under the deck. Take 4 steps into the Bay to swim or launch your complimentary kayak. Christopher Peacock kitchen with Franke, Miele, Gaggenau appliances and espresso machine. A small living/dining area, tiled bath/shower on 1st fl, queen size bedroom, comfy reading area and private balcony on 2nd fl. Cable/internet, FlatscreenTV in living/dining area, Flatscreen TV in bedroom; Bose Wave radio with ipod dock, central a/c+heat. Gas outdoor grill, outdoor shower and a large outdoor teak dining table for your dining or entertaining pleasure. Enchanting and romantic! Near by off site parking included.

Very beautiful property, compact, with all the amenities for a nice stay in Provincetown in the quieter West End of town. Parking 3 minutes walk offsite was not an issue.
Great beach access and just listen to the waves at high tide.

Right on the bay in a quiet, beautiful part of town, the location can't be beat. A refurbished antique building, the cottage itself is cozy and charming, but also well-appointed with modern appliances and updated furnishings, and has fantastic outdoor space to enjoy. The place lives up to the pictures and more.It might be a little small for some couples, but with that caveat in mind, this is a premiere rental in P'town--you will love staying here.

We had the most amazing stay! After coming to Ptown for years, we finally stayed on the water, and now we can’t imagine going back. It was truly unbelievable! This trip has definitely been our favorite. The cottage at Labrador Landing felt like a little slice of paradise, perfect for us and our dogs. We had a great time with our neighbors renting the Boathouse next door; they were so fun and such wonderful people. The cottage itself is bright, charming, and well-equipped. While it has no living room, you won’t even miss it in the summer! The deck became our living room, and it was incredible. The views were breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Every morning, when the tide was out, we’d make our coffee and take the dogs down to the bay where they played for hours, leaving them totally worn out and happy. I loved this little cottage so much that leaving was tough. We can't wait to return sooner rather than later. Thank you!

The Labrador Landing Cottage is fantastic! Great location, and very private notwithstanding the location on Commercial Street! The beach is awesome, as is the easy proximity to P'Town restaurants and shops. Lyn is a fantastic host and very responsive to any needs one might have.

Great location, easy access to town, and such friendly neighbors! We enjoyed leaving through the deck (on the bay) and taking long walks with our pup when the tide was way out. Ptown is a magical place and this rental makes it easy to love.

Cozy Provincetown Waterfront Rental

Very cute and cozy Provincetown rental right on the water. Although other rentals nearby, it felt private. Easy walk into town and Relish and Red Inn are just a few minutes walk down the street.

Amazing

This was an amazing visit. The cottage was the perfect size for my husband and me. We loved that it was on the Main Street (Commercial) but far enough down to be quiet and away from all the crowds. We loved being able to walk everywhere but could come back for a short rest midday. We met great neighbors in the next door boathouse and had nice conversations as we enjoyed the water just off the deck. Perfect location for a stay in Ptown!

Cutest beautiful little cottage in peaceful area

The cottage is tiny but well laid out, so there's space for everything you need if you're mindful. The refrigerator is just a drawer, so that's something to keep in mind when shopping. Our neighbors in the boathouse were great and because that house has its own deck on the water, we essentially had the big shared deck on the water to ourselves. The area is surprisingly quiet and peaceful and we slept great. Had an absolutely magical 10th anniversary week in our favorite place in the world (and we've lived in a lot of places so trust me: P-town is fantastic). Tiny niggle: try as we might, we could not get the back door to lock. There was no traffic going by so we just left it, but the owners should look into that.

Perfect location!

We had a great week at the cottage. The location was absolutely perfect! The cottage is small but enough room for two people. With the amazing outdoor spaces, we weren’t inside much! Would definitely stay again. Lyn was great with communication. All around wonderful experience!

What a great place!

WOW! What a fantastic place to stay! The beach was right out front and our dog absolutely loved it! The area is quiet so we were able to get a good nights rest but we were also able to walk into town every day! We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you so much!

Wonderful West End Experience!

Clean. Fantastic location. Loved the sound of the tides lapping beneath the deck each day. Just the right size for two people. The outside space was the best part of the experience. Owner was out of town when we arrived but she made sure that we had contact info for the guy that could help us if needed. Looking forward to a return visit next September!

A gem

The cottage is a tiny oasis set back from the street and almost on the water; you have direct access via a shared deck. It is a lovely space to enjoy the sound of the waves at night and to get up in the morning to run the dog on the beach. Bit of a hike from the center of town (15 min walk or 5ish bike) but with Relish just down the street you can still get a morning coffee. Absolutely perfect for a solo traveler.
