La Casita de Karma, Private, Amazing Views of KM 59 / KM 61, Direct Beach Access
La Casita is located on the upper area of our 5 acre private property.
You will have direct beach view, access, air conditioning and locally prepared meals.
La Casita itself has a large room with two/ twin beds, kitchen and private bath.
There is also a small bedroom, with one twin bed and offers more privacy than the main room.
There is a large covered terrace with hammocks on the front of La Casita for chill'n out of the tropical sun and watching the surf and soccer action on the beach.
The private bath off of the Main room and is shared with all four beds.
The view is amazing due to the fact that it is the only place in in the neighborhood that you can see both KM59 & KM61 Surf breaks from the terrace and windows.
Being on the upper portion of the property, you will be surrounded by the ambient sounds of nature and breaking waves.
The walk to the beach is via our private stairway that leads you directly to the beach at KM59, paddle out and Enjoy.
There is also an outside shower to rinse off prior to La Casita entry.
La Casita is perfect for a small group or solo travelers as it is reasonably priced, with all the amenities.
The Señora on-site will gladly prepare local meals for you daily based on your request at a minimal price, that is less than meal tax in the states.
The location has multiple local restaurants with-in walking distance.
There are many walking trails and caves to explore in close proximity.
We also offer day trips to the Countries many highlights, such as Massive Water Falls, Mayan Ruins, Local Breweries, The Capitol of San Salvador, we also have 14 Volcanoes to explore.
Our driver has been driving for our Family for over 30 years.
He has multiple vehicles of different sizes / capacity for airport pick-up / drop off, as well as anywhere you would like to go in the El Salvador during your stay.
As our driver is known throughout the entire Country.
Feel free to let us know the highlights you would like to visit and we will accommodate with merely a 24 hour pre-notice.
The care taker Family on our property are warm, welcoming and are there to assist you with any of your vacation needs.
As mentioned the Señora is an amazing chef, who will pro pare any meals requested at the time requested.
Therefore you can plan your days activities, after which you can enjoy some fresh Salvadorian cuisine :)

Hola,
La Casita is an additional house to our main house on our beach front property that is also listed at VRBO.com/501707.
We previously listed them together and have now separated La Casita to book on its own.
La Casita also has direct beach access, with the beautiful surroundings of nature as Casa de Karma, with a lower budget price.
This Country of wonderful, with welcoming, resourceful, down to earth indigenous people has been my destination of choice for the aforementioned reasons.
Not only are the people and surf incredible and hospitable, they are more than excited to show you the treasures of their beautiful / diverse Country.
From the perfect right and left hand surfing point breaks of their beaches, to the top of their highest Volcanoes.
Of which there are 14 Volcanoes in the Country, as well as Volcanic formed lakes and estuaries.
We really enjoy getting our guests out into the heart of the Country, which are it's small hidden pueblos with-in the coffee rich mountains.
It's so fun to arrange a fresh fish dinner, cooked over a fire beachside by the local crew.
The locals enjoy bring our guests fresh caught lobster, fish, oysters etc.
As well as a local fresh vegetable / fruit truck passes through the neighborhood every morning at seven am.
The local ladies prepare pumpusas and other local dishes at beachside stands on our beach out front all day long.
On most days around four O'clock in the afternoon a pick-up soccer match strikes up for pre-sunset fun for all who would like to participate.
We so enjoy engulfing our guests into our local community, which is small and super friendly.
We also have access to fishing expeditions, waterfall trips, Mayan Ruins, Ancient Pueblos etc.

The neighborhood of KM 59 / KM 61 is very small with dirt road access that requires 4x4 We are 20 minutes west of La Libertad, as the coast runs east & west.
We are a small tight community at the end of a short dirt road that has full infrastructure in the neighborhood.
Restaurants, Bars, Local Fisherman with fresh fish and oysters, masseuse artists, yoga camps etc.
Therefore everyone looks out for one another, our locals enjoy sharing all the incredible nature in the area.
You can walk to natural jacuzzis formed with-in the Ocean's reef, as well as Mayan caves to explore.
There is even a public swimming pool that is build into the Ocean reef, therefor it is all fresh sea water to soak in.
It's just an overwhelmingly relaxing environment from sun up to sun down, you are surrounded in the beauty of nature and friendly local people.
The local ladies have fresh food stands on the beach with amazing fresh seafood.
The local kids are happy tot give surf lessons, take you on scenic walk a-bouts etc.
There are local artists on the beach with souvenir's to purchase or stop by to see Don Mercedes at the Super CoCo stand for a fresh coconut water.
Bottomline I choose to build a home in this area based on there friendliness of the people and the quality of the surf, combined with the beauty of the area.
We hope you come to experience all that El Salvador or hast to offer soon.
As it is a small Country where you can surf in the morning, explore mid-day and surf again prior to dinner.
Don't worry about the details of cooking, cleaning, driving, etc. we have all that handled prior to your arrival.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
Casa de Karma and La Casita are located 20 steps up on the cliff above KM59.
Being the last home in a row of only 7 homes, as well as up off the beach which offers you maximum privacy with the utmost connection / access to all the natural beauty of the entire area and the Ocean.
Therefore you are engulfed in your own tropical paradise with no uninvited guests or noise to bother you.
The property has a view of the entire neighborhood, as well as the multiple surf points, which you access just down the stairs.
Our host Family has been on the property for over 50 years, with vast knowledge of the local / sea wildlife, natural curing plant remedies etc.
The Families multiple generations of local knowledge is such a benefit to all that visit the property.
As well as their network of friends and Family can accommodate most any request that our local resources have available.
The locals and drivers will gladly arrange anything you want to experience own the Country,
