This 2-bd/2.5-ba is a multi-level condo on the second story of the building, walking up stairs is required. Enter into the open living room with a full kitchen, open air lanai, guest half bath and indoor laundry for your convenience.

On the second floor the primary bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with a portable window AC. ***Construction Notice: There is active construction occurring on the neighboring property, and may cause noise or partial obstruction to the existing island and ocean views. Rental rates have already been adjusted to reflect a competitive rate. This notice will be removed upon completion of construction.***
