Here is some useful information for your stay. 1. The User Codes will be issued before your arrival.2. A mat will be placed at the Front & Back Doors for shoes. There is also some hooks for Jackets and Coats.3. The TV is operated by 2 remotes. The Big remote will be used for the Power, Volume and the Input. The TV will use Roku as the Streaming Service. It will operate through HDMI 1. Feel free to use any of your own subscription services.4. Towels & Face cloths will be in closet in the guest bathroom or the closet in the Master bedroom.5. Garbage days are Tuesday and Friday. Please place the garbage receptacle out to the street facing the street.6. The Cleaning supplies will be located in the laundry room either on the cart or in the cabinet closest to the door.7. No Loud Music after 10pm.8. WiFi Network is wwrellis -T-mobile 1151. Password is Oaklawn 105.9. Upon checkout, please strip the bed linen. Place the bed linen and the used towels in the laundry bins.10. An assortment of K-cups have been provided along with creamers & sugars. Snacks & Water have also been provided.11. Toiletries by Dove( shampoo, body wash & conditioner) have been provided.12. In the vanities, feminine products have been supplied. PLEASE do not flush the napkins down the toilet. Extra garbage bags can be found to dispose of them.13. Hair dryers are in each bathroom.14. Some pet friendly supplies can be found in the supply closet. There is an associated pet fee.15. We have provided a sofa cover to be placed on the sofa for your pet’s comfort & to reduce cleaning costs.16. Dog lovers- we have provided a complimentary pet bed. There are pee pads, doggy poo bags & ties. There are an assortment of doggy toys.17. Cat Lovers- we have provided a car litter box, cat toys & a scratching mat. 18. Local eateries- Boudreauxs River Road Restaurant-504-800-4484. Late night eating can be offered by the Sports Pub Bar- 985–764-1100.19. Enjoy walks or bike rides on the levee overlooking the Mississippi River. 20. In the event that you leave the house vacated for more than 3 hours, please turn the A/C up to 78 degrees until you return.
