Villa Kir Royal is set on the tranquil hillside of St Jean within walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants.
The villa is nestled into tropical vegetation with its traditional Caribbean style decoration which includes a host of modern amenities.
The tropical garden has been enlarged in 2013 and completely redefined with tropical flowers: wild orchid, gardenia, bougainvillea, lime tree,…
It provides peace and tranquility in a very private setting with pool and jacuzzi and a view of the sea.
Views expand over the Eden Rock Hotel towards the Northeast side of St Jean Bay.
The pool has been completely redone in May 2014 with two lighted Led spot.
The villa has recently been enhanced with new cushions indoor (Designer's Guild) and outdoor sofas, new deck chairs, blackout new curtains, new fine bed linen and beach towels. A careful decoration in the living room(with old chinese plates and jars) and in the bedrooms. New large TVs in the living room and both master bedrooms all individually connected to cable U.S.
New from 2015: a fully equipped kitchen for 12, quartz work surface with electric oven, gas stove, fridge and freezer, dish washer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and Nespresso, blender, electric fruit squeezer, and electric kettle.
The main house offers a central living area with equal bedrooms on either side and a terrace on both front and rear. The spacious third and fourth bedrooms are free standing with en suite bath.
Relax and dine inside and outside , with dining and living areas both indoors and out on the rear outdoor barbecue and dining terrace that seats 12.

Our Winter trip to St. Barth with friends.

We have stayed in beautiful Villa Kir Royal twice and are already reserving our time for next year! We love the location, size and layout of the villa. It is beautifully decorated with plenty of space and privacy for a family or 4 couples. The large pool area has your choice of full sun or shade in which to relax. There was a new state-of-the-art spa installed this year, which we all enjoyed after our day of hiking or the beach. The concierge came daily and took wonderful care of us. She helped us back and forth to the airport and also made several reservations for restaurants. Her attention to details in the house and laundry was excellent! What a little slice of heaven on St. Barth!

The Nicest Property We Have Ever Enjoyed While on St. Barth’s!

We have been enjoying visits to St. Barth’s for 34 years. The celebration of a milestone birthday for my wife made this trip extra important and special. We felt like we hit the jackpot! Without any doubt, my wife, our two adult daughters, son-in-law and daughter’s boyfriend, have all enthusiastically agreed that Villa Kir Royal is the nicest, most centrally located, comfortable and highest quality place we have ever stayed on our favorite island. Villa Kir Royal’s location (St. Jean) makes it in the middle of everything. Yet, it is very private, with many different areas on the property for guests to interact or not. The entire villa feels welcoming and comfortable. The pool is central, elegant and fun. Although we did not seek, nor require a hot tub; we found ourselves enjoying the separated jacuzzi every night. The amenities, including the music/speakers, tv, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, gas grill barbecue, showers, etc. were all easy to use and of the highest quality. Caroline (owner), Jacky (property manager) and Francoise (housekeeper) were extremely helpful, courteous and welcoming...and we felt safe the entire time. Thank you to Caroline, and staff, for making this an unforgettable stay for our family!

Outstanding and extremely enjoyable

We had an incredible stay at Villa Kir Royal. The layout of the Villa offers a great combination of indoor - outdoor space and allows everyone to comfortably spend time together as well as have privacy when they want it. The location is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to town. The views are magnificent. The property is well maintained and well stocked. The care taker and house keeper as very nice and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return ourselves.

Perfect location with a charm and relaxation

Property is well maintained with only 5 minutes walk to St. Jean. The rooms are in separate wings which creates privacy and the great room and outdoors is perfect for a large group or family to relax and engage in an open layout concept. It was nice to cook meals, bbq and sip on cocktails at the pool !

Thank you so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Villa Kir Royal. The owner was responsive and helpful. The house manager was accomodating and kind to us. The property was lovely, ideally located (we explored the entire island and felt we were in the best spot for convenience and beauty); the villa was lovely, homey, comfortable, pleasant and tropical. When we got home, we mixed up a Kir Royal cocktail in honor of our delightful stay! Cheers! We hope to return.

Great Family Get-away

My wife and I took our son, his wife and our daughter to St Barth's for a week in January and stayed at Villa Kir Royal. The house is extremely comfortable with all the amenities one might need. The house is laid out in a manner where there is privacy when one wants it. Each bedroom is like a separate wing or cottage of its own. Wonderful. The view of the bay is great as well. We hope to return.

Wonderful Stay in a Well Maintained and Equipped Villa (4.5 stars)

This was our first stay at Villa Kir Royal after several years at a beach-side villa. We were very happy with our stay especially with the pool which kept our 6 and 9 year old sons busy the entire week. Being away from the ocean on a moderately windy week was also a big advantage. There were many things to like about the villa, starting from the welcoming package with champagne, water, beer and freshly made cake. The internet access, TV and beds were all top-notch. The layout of the villa was perfect for our family that included our parents and children along with my wife and I. The Nespresso maker was a nice afternoon treat for us. The caretaker was extremely attentive for any minor problems coming right over even on a Sunday night. The property was clean and well maintained. We would be welcome the opportunity to return to Villa Kir Royal.

We dreamed of finding a house within five minutes walk of the St Jean Bay.
Villa Kir Royal (bought in 2011) seduced us at first glance with its tranquility nestled in tropical vegetation with its traditional Caribbean – style decoration.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We like to have breakfast on the terrace and wake up with the sea air. To have an early swim in the pool or dive in St Jean Bay. To relax in the Jacuzzi, then we like to have barbecue with friends, to enjoy the sunset with a glass of Kir Royal (champagne with black currant liqueur) before going out to dinner, in five minutes, at our favorite restaurants on the harbor .

On top of this we really appreciated the warm hospitality of this paradise island.

We hope you will enjoy all these pleasures, as much as we do. And we are delighted to welcome you to the Villa Kir ROYAL with a bottle of Champagne.
