Recently built home, with many plus finishes. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Living room, dining room, laundry room, and a large kitchen (well stocked with what a kitchen needs). We are a working mini-farm on 5 acres. Current stock is cows and chickens.

Note that this property does not have a television. WiFi is available for use with your own device.

@ 5-6 minutes to Spirit Lake (city or lake). @ 18 minutes from Silverwood Amusement Park, or Farragut State Park. @ 30 minutes from Bayview on Lake Pend Oreille, or Post Falls. @ 45 minutes to Coeur d'Alene/Lake Coeur d'Alene or Sandpoint (also on Lake Pend Oreille).

Beautiful country farmhouse near to Silverwood

We came here to go to Silverwood on a family vacation, and we were treated to a beautiful and well stocked home. The bathrooms are a luxury, the furnishing and art are amazing. We really enjoyed the cows, chickens and turkeys that were around. Thanks so much for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Short and sweet

Our stay at the rental was excellent. Beautiful house that provided all the things necessary for an excellent 2-night stay. The host (Samuel) was responsive, the house was the clean, the water was hot, and the atmosphere provided good conversations.

Very nice place, just as described! Very comfortable. Everything you will need to except paper towels. If you use them bring them! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location to Silverwood and town. Nice couple. Clean house. Love the board games. The beds are a little firmer than we like but overall not a bad house to stay. Thanks for a great trip.

Quick Stay!

We came to town for a wedding and needed a quiet, clean and close place to stay. This place was perfect! Spotless. Beautiful home. My kids were FASCINATED with the chickens and cows that are on the property. Absolutely wonderful. Would recommend to anyone!

Everything I was looking for!

We drove from Seattle to Idaho to visit Silverwood theme park. We were looking for a nice place to stay that was near the park and this house was perfect. We enjoyed our weekend there because it was a calm and well equipped house with an amazing view in the backyard and bathtubs to relax. Samuel and Beatriz were always attentive to give us information about the place and the area.

Quiet property close to Silverwood

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Samuel was super responsive to all my questions. The home was clean and new blinds provided great privacy. Samuel and his family is right on the property and was very welcoming. It was a special bonus to visit with the animals on the property! The home is very close to Silverwood. Perfect size for a family of 4-6 to stay. I highly recommend this property and will certainly stay again if we are visiting the areas.

Short and sweet

The place looked brand new and was clean. Had what we needed, just stayed for one night. The owners we nice to leave a little home made treat. The beds were not very comfy and there were no blinds or window covering so no sleeping in here.

Great spot to see the stars!

We stayed for a brief night after my daughter’s birthday celebration at Silverwood. It was sweet the owners children made her a lovely birthday card to arrive to! The house is immaculate and a great spot if you have children. At night you can see the stars so clearly! The house was big enough that my son from college could stay as well. Con- there are caretakers that care for the chickens and cows near the house. They are not quite so friendly and welcoming.

This was perfect for our visit

We came to town for my nieces wedding which was just down the rode at The Venue at The Reeds in Spirit Lake. My sister (who lives in Athol, ID) located this listing for me and I jumped right on it. It accommodated my whole family and significant others and cut down on eating out. We were all very comfortable and it was conveniently located to several towns that we could visit. Also it was easy for us to get to all of the events that were planned for the wedding. My “boys” missed having a TV but playing games was a lot of fun! The beds were a tiny bit on the soft side, but we got used to it and slept well. Thank you for a fabulous and comfortable long weekend.

Lovely place and amazingly kind family.

It was my very first time booking at Vrbo. And we’ve had a wonderful stay. I can only recommend this private, rural location. The house is stunning. Super clean and tidy. We would love to be back someday. The property was absolutely dreamy. We were greeted by chickens. Got to pet the cows. The kids were outside all day. The owners were so kind and the kids got to play with each other. This accommodation exceeded our expectations. My children made wonderful memories. The check in process was very easy and smooth. A grocery store is only 5 minutes away which was very convenient. We were contacted right away that we had forgotten something and were able to turn around and get it. Thank you so much.

Clean, beautiful home

Enjoyed our stay with our family of 4. We were visiting my sister in Rathdrum and other family were staying in Blanchard, so the location was perfect for that. We were there during what must have been the hottest days yet (over 100 each day), and were very thankful for the air conditioning. Nice and open floor plan. Large rooms and a lovely open kitchen. Pretty well stocked with tools and borrowed stuff from my sister when we needed something extra. Although not far from the center of Spirit Lake, we had no cell service and WiFi only worked for a day - and was very weak on that day. We enjoyed visiting with family and playing games but if you need to check in with the office while away, you’ll have to find somewhere else to do it. Easy checkin and checkout process. Recommend getting there in the daylight when you first arrive so you know where the driveway is - it’s a bit harder to find in the dark! Overall it worked well for our family. Thank you for the lovely place to stay.
