The Kure Beach Treehouse

Welcome to The Kure Beach Treehouse! Nestled in the trees at a dead end road you'll love the peace and privacy this 3 bedroom 3 bath home provides. It just steps (.1 mile or a 2 min and 25 second walk) to the beach with an access directly across the S. Kure Beach Blvd at Davis Street. The first floor includes one bedroom with its own balcony and attached bathroom. Second bedroom with access to the shared first floor bathroom. Galley style kitchen with NEW refrigerator & dishwasher, breakfast bar open to the living and dining area. Streaming TVs for your enjoyment. Plenty of natural light from the expansive windows. Sliding doors lead you to a secluded back deck. Third floor includes a third bedroom with it's own balcony and full bathroom. About a 3 min drive to Kure Beach fishing pier and local restaurants, or bring your bike along!
Such a great value and super location! Clean, quiet and close to the beach! The space is comfortable but definitely not new or super chic or stylish because this is a true NC beach cottage. A clean and safe space to rest your head after a great day at the beach. There is a carport with 2-3 parking spaces tandem and an outdoor shower.
This is duplex style townhome.
Check IN is after 4PM
Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.
This unit is Self-Check in you will receive check in instructions 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Nice place close to the water. Needs a few minor repairs and maybe some fresh paint. But overall it was well worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place needs new furniture and a coat of paint, it would be beautiful. The bathrooms were nice and spotless! Kitchen was clean. The whole Condo had a urine smell to it. I couldnā€™t figure out what it was. The furniture is gross and beds uncomfortable. It is very close to the water though! I would stay here again after some upgrades.

This place would be so much better if it had new furniture and a new coat of paint! The beds are very uncomfortable and so are the sofas. The sofas actually smell awful. The bathrooms and showers were super clean! And the walk to the beach was a quick and easy! Probably wonā€™t stay here again till some upgrades are made.

The house was in need of repair/maintenance/updating, but was clean, the beds were comfortable and could easily accommodate 6 people. Parking on site was good and it was only 1 block from the beach..

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in was slightly delayed- we got in about 4:30- but that was fine. We loved the trees around the duplex and the back deck. We stayed in the bedroom on the main level, so everything was easily accessed. Restaurants were a short bike ride away, and the beach a short walk across the main road.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and sufficient for our needs given how booked the area was for our visit. Plenty of towels, blankets, and dishware. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property has dated (but working) fixtures and furniture. We were a little frustrated at arrival. We arrived at 4:15 for a 4pm check in only to find the driveway blocked by workers working on the neighboring unit and it took them 15 minutes to move their trucks. When we entered the property, the cleaning staff was still working on cleaning after the last guests. We did not get to enter the property until 4:50. Cleaning staff did a good job though.

Cute and convenient!

This house is very roomy and so close to the beach. It is not luxurious, but very comfortable. It is perfect for 3-6 people and you will not feel crowded. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The Tree House

My family loved the property the area, and the proximity to the beach. Overall we loved the few days we stayed for the week of Independence Day. A few cons, some of the tv remote controls had dead batteries, not a big deal to the adults but the younger kids needed it. The garbage has not been dumped for awhile, we were not there long enough to take the garbage to the street. Not a big deal for us, because there was still enough room in the dumpster for our trash. Iā€™m sure it will be taken care of before the next guest arrive.

Decent Budget Beach House

Good communication, but definitely felt like we were dealing with the property management company vs owners. The house provided what we need but felt "budget". Walls need paint, older furnishings, some of the bedding was uncomforably old, all the pillows were worn and thin, and not in the most obvious places, towels were also older and we were short enough beach towels - coming from the west coast, this was a need. It would have been awesome to have beach chairs or blankets available. AC worked well, but all the fans were noisy.
