Welcome to this classic central Tucson ranch-style home! A charming 3-bed, 2-bath plus office property is located on the designated “Bike Street”. With its modern touches and split floor plan, it is the perfect place to call home during your vacation or short-term corporate stay.

You will love all of the creature comforts that accompany this property! A fully appointed kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals. Or simply enjoy game nights around the dining room table or outside in the enclosed AZ patio room! Other features include internet/WIFI, three TVs, yoga mat/hand weights/exercise ball, a desk and ceiling fans throughout. Bathrooms contain soap, shampoo, plenty of towels, and hair dryers. Bedrooms have fresh linens and plenty of storage for your clothing.

We loved our time at this charming vacation rental! Everything felt fresh, clean, and welcoming. The space was beautifully decorated with cozy details that made it feel like a home away from home. One standout feature? The towels! They were plush, soft, plentiful —such a small thing, but it really elevated the experience. The entire place was spotless and clearly well cared for. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

In the neighborhood

The purpose of our trip to Tucson was for me to attend the Tucson Festival of Books. In addition we have friends in the Catalina Foothills and in Green Valley. The location was perfect! The house was very comfortable. I wish we could have spent more time in the backyard but the weather did not cooperate. It looked like a great place to spend time!

Quick trip to tucson

My husband and I were in Tucson for just a quick few days so wanted something centrally located to all sides of town. This house was just right. The neighborhood is going through some changes with neighbors updating and redoing homes but we were never concerned about it. The house is just as it appears in the photos — clean, well cared for and very well stocked. Lori was very accessible and prompt and she gave us good recommendations for food and activities.

Perfect Tucson Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Tucson! The home was clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable, with a divine master suite bathroom that felt like a spa retreat. The enclosed back patio was a perfect bonus—we spent a couple of afternoons out there with margaritas, soaking in the beautiful surroundings.After several visits to Tucson, we had yet to find a property we wanted to return to for our annual trips—until now. This one checks all the boxes, and we’ll absolutely be back! Communication from the owner was immediate and seamless, making the entire experience even better. Highly recommend!

Great home base while visiting Tucson

This home met our needs and exceeded our expectations. It was central to our outings to state and national parks. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was reasonably quiet, and every form of fast-food was easily accessible nearby. Host was very responsive to our communication and needs that arose. Tucson in August

House was very clean, inside and out. Some house in the neighborhood look sketchy and some are really nice, like many neighborhoods. The only problem was when you park under the car port (which was nice to have) and walk to the front door you see a lock box immediately on a pole and We thought that was where they put the key and we tried the 4 digit code. Didn’t work so I was trying to get in touch with someone with no luck. The I opened the screen door and the was an automatic deadbolt lock, and you guessed it, the code worked there. Everything was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Just right!

Everything we expected and needed was met by our excellent host, Lori. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms comfortable, and the common areas just right for games at the table and movie nights. The quiet neighborhood is located within a short drive to everything we needed We look forward to returning!

a newly designed older home with all the comforts of your home!

We had a lovely stay at this Vrbo! We’ve stayed in Tucson 3 times with Vrbo, and were more than satisfied with every aspect of this rental, including wonderful attention from the host, who immediately took action on the 2 things we needed help with! We will re-book this home next time we head to Tucson!

Pretty Good place - could use some work

The house is in a great location. Very central to the places we needed to go. It was clean and comfortable. The host left some snacks and apples for us which was a nice touch. Overall, our stay was nice. What kept me from giving it five stars were (1) the ceiling fans in the two smaller bedrooms. In one bedroom the motor was too noisy to have on while trying to sleep so it was hard to regulate the temperature. The other one was missing the pull chain for the light so it didn’t work and we had to use the bedside lamps which were tricky to find in the dark. (2) The bathtub was very slow to drain so we were standing in several inches of water while trying to towel dry. (3) The ice maker in the freezer doesn’t work so we didn’t have any ice. There were a few other nitpicky things that may just be irksome to me like the closet door that doesn’t shut tightly, lack of clocks in the house, and bed pillows that don't give support for the head. I felt we spent a lot for this house and expected a bit more than we got. But overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to others.

Had everything we needed

This was the perfect house for our Tucson visit. My husband and I stayed with our 3 year old son and my mother in law. The house was nice and clean and everyone had a very comfortable place to stay. The house had everything we needed- well equipped kitchen. Our son loved having the backyard space to get out and play. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the location made it easy to get around to where we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfort House

This classic house is very well maintained, nicely decorated and comfortable. All rooms are well set and the kitchen has all necessary utensils. We enjoyed our stay and the popcorn.

Midtown Charmer

We needed a clean midtown location as we waited for work to be done on our home. We lucked into this very clean, quiet, 3 bedroom house not far from our home. This house couldn't have been sweeter and was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and it's close enough to midtown to be very convenient. The property manager was the best: cooperative and efficient. She helped us immensely when we needed to extend our stay. This is 5 star gem.

Business Retreat

We need a place for a small group to gather for a business retreat that would allow the creative juices to flow. This was the perfect location. The home was well lit and had a good flow and an amazing dining room table that had lots of work space. The screened in porch was wonderful for morning brainstorming sessions with a cup of coffee. We had to reach out to Lori about a few things, she was very responsive and assisted with all that we needed. We will be returning next time we need to do another retreat. Thank you so much for everything Lori.

University of Arizona Parents Weekend

My family stayed here to visit my college senior during parent’s weekend. The property was very clean, warm and welcoming…we were very comfortable and felt like we were “home”. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were updated and kitchen was well stocked. Check in was simple and the host was available if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great cozy house with an amazing back yard space

Our stay was short and sweet, but we were very comfortable. This was a work weekend for us, so we didn't have very much down time. OBSERVATIONS: Master bath has AMAZNG lighting for makeup application. Back porch is screened so you don't have to worry about bugs. Games were provided! Kitchen was great and coffee pot with all the "fixings" was provided. Did miss regular sugar as an option. Overall, our stay was super comfy and we would stay again.

I love Tucson and I love what I do...and that is teaching newcomers what all Tucson has to offer, including amazing hiking and biking, swimming, shopping, music, food and cultural events! Tucson is the home of the UA Wildcats...we love our university teams! So come experience Tucson in all of it's beauty and quirkiness! I think you will fall in love!

Timrod was my first investment property and my daughter's first "home away from home". I will never sell this home as it has special meaning for me. The neighborhood is quiet, quaint and a little bit quirky! It is a stone's throw (or quick bike ride) to the city's largest park and Reid Zoo, which also contains the Randolph Golf Course, and Edith Ball Aquatics Center! In addition, it is around the corner from so many amazing restaurants, the historic ElCon Mall, Park Place Mall, movie theaters, and a full service gym! Don't forget just how close the University of Arizona and Downtown attractions are located!
