Unique farm stay. This home is part of a 135 acre working farm. Come enjoy the serenity of the landscape watching the cows out to pasture and beautiful views while sitting in the hot tub or around the incredible decking and outdoor fireplace. Enjoy the cabin, gazebo and beautiful surroundings. Stop to see the pygmy goats Mocha and Latte and all the baby calves.
We are within minutes of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Massarelli Baseball Sports Complex, Amish Country, Zoar village, Hiking and Biking trails, Canoe Livery, Atwood Lake, shopping, restaurants, wineries and many Wedding Barns.

We really enjoyed the deck, outdoor fireplace and hot tub. The goats were so friendly! The location was private but close to anything we needed. Would love to stay again!

We traveled from Arizona to Ohio for Memorial Day weekend. This property has so much to offer! We enjoyed watching the cows and goats while drinking coffee on the deck. In the evening there is a hot tub to relax in and an outdoor fireplace to cook smores. The house is layed perfectly if you are looking for peace and quiet and large enough to spend time with extended family.

Really spacious house! The outside areas are gorgeous. Very peaceful stay. Beds are fairly comfortable but squeak on their metal frames. Televisions in most of the bedrooms. The host is unresponsive. I reached out about several things and seemed to get a computerized message in response. The water didn’t want to drain in the kitchen sink the first night we were there. The hot tub water level was lower than the jets. When I reached out to the host, I did not get a response about these things.Towels need replacing. Some of them are so threadbare that they actually had holes.Furniture is comfortable.Beautiful views from the back porch. Goats greeted us in the morning

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The host, Laura, was very responsive to any questions we had! We were in town for the football state championship games at the Pro Football Hall of Fame and loved how close we were to Canton! We would recommend the property to anyone!

Great experience

Wonderful accommodations, very responsive and kind host, lots of space for a family get together. Fun to have access to animals in the barn as well as a hot tub.

The location was beautiful & what we had hoped for upon booking, unfortunately our stay was during a heat advisory in July so we struggled to keep the house cooled down even with a trip to Walmart for additional fans to assist with this. Because of that heat additional water was needed for the farm animals on the property which meant extra steps for us to receive adequate water pressure in the home but we understood the animals needs were also a priority since we live on a farm ourselves. I think that if we’d stayed at the home during a different time of year those issues probably wouldn’t have been such a problem. The host was perfectly friendly when we met them at the home after we called in some of these issues but it was difficult to get responses from her throughout the booking process, questions would be unanswered & need to be asked multiple times before receiving a response. I think it’s important to know the home has well water & some of the things that come along with that aren’t exactly as expected, I wish we would have known that going in. As stated, I believe our trip could have gone much differently if it had taken place in a cooler month of the year but being in the middle of a hot summer made it difficult to truly enjoy our time at the home.. the goats were very friendly & roamed outside of the fence often which my kids loved. The location was beautiful & easy to find which was good, we were able to receive Walmart & food deliveries without too much issue.

I appreciate the feedback however the air conditioning was working it just could not keep up with the extreme temperatures outside (unusual weather and heat wave) during the day when multiple people were continuing to go in and out of the home. The temperature in the home overnight got down to 69 degrees so we know it was working. We did respond to these guests as well and even offered to find them another place which they declined. Of note, they had violated the house rules with the large amount of people staying in the home and we did not charge them for this due to their complaints. Farm life usually comes with well water and we never had had anyone complain about this. We do have a water purifier for drinking located in the refrigerator. Thank you.

Everything was as described. Only suggestions would be to change your dining chairs to something thatvaccomofates plus size people. have bettter dining chair.

Relaxing weekend with beautiful views

This property is beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. The home was spacious and featured indoor and outdoor areas to relax, watch tv, play games, have a lovely outdoor fire in the outdoor fireplace, and more. The animals at the farm were delightful. The furniture was very comfortable and we all thought the beds and bedding were super-comfy. The host made suggestions for going into the nearby town to eat and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there. Thanks for such a nice stay!

Our Yearly Family Birthday Outting!

We had such a fantastic time! The owners were great people. They let all of us get in with the goats (my favorite) and the calves. We could feed the one calf with a bottle. The house is big and housed all 10 of us. The house was very clean. Plenty of table space for 10. The hot tub which is a must for our trip was great. If we needed anything they were there in 5 mins and brought it to us. I give this place a 10 plus!

Magical Christmas in a stable

What a magical experience we had at family farm getaway! We needed a place to stay so our family could all be together on Christmas. We were so blessed to land this farmhouse as our place of stay for Christmas! We enjoyed 3 nights and the highlights were the barn with animals, the hot tub, pac man arcade game, punching bags and plenty of bedrooms for our family of 7. Thank you Laura for a lovely stay and for putting up a Christmas tree! The mantel was perfect for 7 stockings. What incredibly memories we created at this hidden gem!

Relaxing and nice space

Great place for our extended family to spend some quality time together. House was very clean and hot tub was great! The kids loved hanging out in the basement and seeing the cows and the adults enjoyed sitting around the table chatting while folks cooked. The social set up of the open kitchen was great for our group. Different rooms to hang out in made the house great for hanging out. Would love to come back in the fall to enjoy the back deck under the stars. We enjoyed going to the local park to play on the playground and walk on the gravel trail. The uneven stone material of the kitchen floor could difficult for those with mobility or balance concerns or for toddlers.

We had a family gathering and it was wonderful. Large enough for everyone to have their own space, but also many areas to gather and spend time as a family. The outdoor area is exceptional with very friendly goats and cows, a lovely outdoor fireplace area complete with lights, a nice deck and hot tub. The house was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, living spaces cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful as well. Peaceful and lovely.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This property is part of a live working farm. We have a jersey herd and we milk cows. The baby calves are kept in the barn behind the house and if you are there you can catch Farmer Craig or our farm hand bottle feeding them. Our mini goats Mocha and Latte love people and are so sweet. The scenic views are incredible from the back porch and hot tub. We are close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Atwood, Masserelli Baseball Complex, and Amish country.
