Yay! I am so excited you had a wonderful stay- Blessings to you and your family- I would love to host you again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the opportunity for an early check-in and that, overall, you had an enjoyable stay. We're sorry to hear that some aspects of your visit did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the sandy floors upon arrival and for the inconvenience you experienced with the refrigerator and freezer. As soon as you notified us, we arranged for a technician to come out right away. While the appliance may take time to return to its optimal temperature after being heavily loaded or frequently opened, we're sorry that it did not perform as you expected during your stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the bathroom layout, the area rugs, and the odor in the primary bathroom. We've shared your feedback with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these items can be addressed and reviewed. We understand that every guest's experience is unique. We're grateful that many of our recent guests have rated their stays 10 out of 10, and we remain committed to providing that same level of experience for every visitor. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us continue to improve.
