We understand that some of the association’s policies may feel strict at times, and we’re sorry if the enforcement came across as uncomfortable at that moment. As noted during booking, both our rules and the association’s rules must be agreed to in advance, and the association applies these guidelines uniformly in order to preserve the safety, comfort, and high standards of this well-maintained community. It is also our job to ensure our guests are not only following the community rules, but also this individual condo rules to ensure everything stays in tip top shape.

Thank you for your review and feedback! We're happy to hear that you enjoyed this completely remodeled and beachfront condo and its 14th floor views. We will send your notes to the owner about the front door lock. We have not had any issues opening any of the sliding glass doors, but would be appreciative if you would let us know which one so we could take a closer look. Unfortunately, the paperwork is required by the condo association, not us as the individual condo management. The condo association requires their paperwork to be filled out with a wet signature, and scanned/ faxed back, rather than filling it out virtually. We understand it is extra work, but we think this gorgeous community and all of its high end amenities (24 hour guard/ secure entrance, fitness rooms, saunas, indoor hot tub, two pools, two outdoor hot tubs, beachfront grill space, and billiards room) are totally worth it!

We’re sorry that the construction made parking a little more difficult and that you experienced some morning noise during your stay. The work is part of the property’s required updates to meet State of Florida requirements, and thankfully, the construction is wrapping up soon!

Thank you for your rating. We’d truly appreciate any specific feedback you may have, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests if something wasn’t right during your stay. That said, we do feel it’s important to address that several of our house rules were not followed during your stay- including our strict no-smoking policy, and the condo was left in very poor condition, with some damage and the need for extensive cleaning upon checkout. We work hard to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for all guests, and we count on visitors to respect the property and the rules that were clearly outlined and agreed to at booking. While we value every guest, we also have a responsibility to protect this beautiful beachfront unit for future stays.
