Close to groceries, and public transportation, yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood with playgrounds, nature trails, and friendly neighbors. Neutral walls with accented with colorful tones and eclectic decor throughout. Street and drive-way parking are available.
The space
Sophisticated enough for fun grown-ups, well planned to accommodate families of up to 6. This brick duplex shares no residential walls and is where we would want to stay if we were visiting Champaign-Urbana.

Air hockey and Ping-Pong tables create extra fun in the garage.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home. It is a duplex so the driveway is shared. There is a generous back, side and front yard.
