Welcome to paradise! The Green Valley Casita is a warm and welcoming rental townhome nestled in the active and inviting community of Desert Hills IV. THE CASITA
The Green Valley Casita is a turn-key-living monthly rental for up to 4 guests. The second bedroom and bathroom can be sectioned off from the main area with a sliding pocket door, making for a comfortable and intimate stay for all guests. The fully furnished home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as air conditioning. Guests will experience high-speed internet and WiFi connectivity throughout the casita. The attached garage fits 1 car and the home itself is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. Green Valley Recreation District membership can be available during your stay, offering access to several pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and complex and more.


The Primary Bedroom has a king sized bed, two large closets, cable television, ceiling fan and full private bath with a walk-in shower. The room has a panoramic view of the Santa Rita Mountains with a sliding glass door that steps out onto the private patio with sun coverage and breathtaking desert landscaping.


The Guest Bedroom includes two comfortable twin beds with optional mattress topper and sheet to create a spacious king bed. The room offers a personal desk and chair, oversized closet, private bathroom with tub and shower, ceiling fan and a view onto the courtyard. This bedroom/bathroom can be sectioned off from the main area with a discreet partition for added privacy.


You will find that the casita offers a large Kitchen with skylights and a breakfast nook Indoor laundry closet with full sized washer and dryer. Kitchen appliances include: a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, blender, hand mixer, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice steamer, Magic Bullet and more. Living room looks out to the mountains, and offers cable TV and a dining table.

The Green Valley Casita is walking distance to the Desert Hills Recreational Center where you can enjoy the swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, shuffleboard, fitness room, workout classes, craft and woodworking studios and more! The surrounding area of Green Valley offers numerous nearby golf courses, pickle ball courts and complex, shopping and dining in Tubac and Nogales, hiking and bird watching in Madera Canyon, excursions to Tombstone, Bisbee, and the city of Tuscon.
