Beautiful 3 Bedroom Vacation Home In Higley Park near Agritopia - Great Location

We have a spacious three bedroom home with nice furniture, carpeting, and tiled floors. It is decorated with Arizona art and colors, which adds to the bright, sunny environment Gilbert has to offer. All three bedrooms have been tastefully decorated and have queen size beds. Double doors open to the master bedroom, which has a large bathroom of its own including a double vanity, private commode, garden tub, separate shower and a walk in closet. There is a second full bathroom that services the other two bedrooms. The kitchen has granite counter-tops and is stocked with all the appliances and utensils you will need to feel right at home. The center island gives you more room to spread out when cooking or entertaining. The dining room table seats 6 plus two more at the center island. There is a patio with a gas grill ready and waiting for your choice of entrée. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. There is a comfortable couch, love seat and rocker recliner to use while watching the 52 inch TV or DVD. In addition, there are TVs in all three bedrooms. When you feel a bit warm, the community pool is a relaxing and refreshing way to enjoy the sunshine. With a garage and automatic garage door opener, there's secure parking available.

Winter get away

Lovely big comfortable super clean home lots of room great area close to shopping and area restaurants and activities we really enjoyed our 6 weeks in this beautiful home and great area I would defiantly rent again

Great place in wonderful neighbourhood

This is a wonderful home with comfortable furnishings, exactly as described. It is in a nice safe community that was close to all our favorite golf courses and restaurants. The hosts are great and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

New property with great location

The property is a very nice new house located in a very nice community where everyone is super friendly. you have a grocery store within a quarter mile and a really nice park within 100 feet. Every room has an HDTV and there is plenty of room to spread out in the grate room. When you want to go shopping you are only a half mile from the 202 where you can go west to the San Tan out door mall (less than a mile) or east to a super Target or super Walmart on Power Road. My wife loves the house and wants to come back next year. I love the location and how close it is to the 202. We come to Gilbert Two times a year and have stayed at over a dozen homes and this one is our favorite.

Beautiful Home. Great Location!

The home was very nicely decorated, had everything I needed and was located close to everything I wanted to do. Fast access to the freeway was a big plus. It was an easy process to check in. I would rent this house again with no hesitation.

Nice home in a great neighborhood

We spent 2 months in this home escaping winter in the northeast and enjoyed everything about it - the neighborhood, the park, the multi-use path nearby and the restaurants and shops in the area. We used the 2 bikes that the owners leave in the garage for their guests and grilled in the shaded patio area. The house was just the right size for the two of us, with spare rooms when out of state family came to visit. I would book this home again without hesitation. Thanks, Nancy!

Enjoyed our stay at this Higley Park home. It was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed

The neighborhood was very nice and conveniently located near restaurants and shops. We stayed until we were ready to move into our new home which was closed by. We had a few questions and the owner was easy to get in touch with.

I love the location as well. Being close to restaurants and shops makes it so convenient, but yet the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It doesn’t get much better than that. Excellent Accommodations

My wife and i wanted to get away from the cold and head to warmer weather. We came across this home and could not have been more pleased with our choice. The house itself is beautiful and exceptionally spacious. The open concept kitchen comes fully stocked and the house is well furnished with fresh linen, towels and even beach towels. We spent many evenings on the outdoor patio set, grilling on the house grill and enjoying dinner in the private backyard. The neighborhood itself is well kept and is centrally located to the surrounding cities. The pool was cleaned everyday and gave options for shade or sun and had many tables and chairs provided. It was only a two minute walk to the pool and a amenity we used often. The house came with two bikes that proved to be a great use on a ride to the nearby park or close restaurants. Overall our experience was above excellent and the homeowner was friendly and a pleasure to work with. We will be recommending this home to anyone looking to stay in Gilbert.

Gilbert Arizona is a great place to get away from the cold. When staying at a vacation home, a well stocked kitchen is a must. I love this kitchen with the island, granite counter tops, beautiful cabinets and large pantry. But I also love all the great restaurants close by. Some of both makes for a fun stay. The patio furniture and reclining lawn chairs, makes relaxing so much easier. I'm glad you were able to take advantage of all this house and the Gilbert area has to offer.

Fantastic Home

My wife and I came to Arizona for our daughters wedding. We stayed four weeks to take advantage of the great weather. This house was fantastic, it had everything we needed and what we were looking for. The house is extremely clean and well supplied. The home owner is a pleasure to work with. The park and pool are a tenth of a mile down the street, beautiful and well maintained. My wife and I are walkers, there is a great walking path three tenths of a mile from the home. We will be back again. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Location awesome!

Enjoyed the home. Very accommodating with the amenities. Stores, restaurants and pool centrally located. Would recommend this property for single or families.

Great House and Location

This is a great house with plenty of room for visitors! We especially enjoyed grilling and having meals on the covered patio. The location can't be beat for shopping, restaurants, and a great walking trail is just minutes from the house. It's also convenient for a visit to the mountains using the nearby SanTan freeway. The owner was great to work with and was very prompt to answer any questions we had.
