Everything about Dan’s condo was perfect. Dan is a great host and extremely communicative, with clear check in instructions, and everything inside the condo works properly. The condo is nicely decorated and renovated and extremely comfortable. And of course, it’s perfect proximity to the mountain and on the shuttle route. We will certainly be back!

We traveled to Lincoln to take in the beautiful fall foliage and enjoy Oktoberfest at Loon Mountain Resort. The condo was perfect for our stay—spacious and comfortable for us and our friends, with a large living room and private bedrooms and baths. It was impeccably decorated and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location was ideal—close to Loon but far enough away to avoid the “leaf peeper” traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation, thanks to our host! The home was so clean and cozy, and the decor was perfect for a mountain retreat. We had all the amenities we needed - they really thought of everything. We even enjoyed putting together the puzzle we found in the game cabinet! The entire week, including the check in/out process, was stress-free thanks to the helpful instructions and recommendations provided. Our family would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay in the Loon area. Thank you so much, Dan!!

Perfect Ski Condo

Dan’s condo is the perfect place to book a ski weekend. The location could not be better, as it is a minute drive to Loon Mountain and located right on the Loon Mountain shuttle route. The condo itself is very nice, large, and comfortable - exactly how it is laid out in the pictures. Dan was also a great host and communicative. We will definitely be booking here again.

Beautiful ski house with view of mountain

The home was as beautiful and comfy as it looked in the pictures. Clearly the owners live there often and it is fully outfitted with every detail that one could hope for. Newly refinished wood floors, great kitchen and living room, comfortable beds and the whole place nicely decorated and very clean. It was really a delightful home away from home.

Please take the time to read this review, you won't regret it! The photos of this residence are lovely, but do not do it justice. And the amenities listed only scratch the surface. Where to start? The house is beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you can imagine - excellent bedding (I'm super picky), the softest comforters in the kids room, great water pressure and bathroom amenities (sunscreen, lotion, all the soaps), soft house slippers in all sizes. The kitchen is a chef's delight! Top notch pots and pans (le creuset, green pans), a huge amount of spices and sauces and oils, even a panini maker! Keurig coffee, kettle, tons of tea choices...I could go on and on. Wonderful selection of books and pamphlets on local attractions, board games, a lovely deck for morning coffee and a view of the mountains. Walking distance to the river for floating, hiking, rock scrambles, etc. We couldn't have had a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. We plan to make this an annual trip. And the host, Dan, is incredibly kind, responsive, and informative - take advantage of his local knowledge. Book this place ASAP, you will love it!

Relaxing Fall Getaway in Northern New Hampshire

We live in Southern New Hampshire. In the current pandemic we decided to keep our vacation local in New England to enjoy the fall foliage. We were looking for something near Loon Mountain and all of the attractions that Lincoln has to offer. We were very happy with the location and the townhome! The house was less than a mile from Loon. There are two parking spots for the home and visitor spots readily available if you have guests. The townhome was recently renovated, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the short trips to Loon, Hobo Railroad, Indian Head, and center of town with shops and restaurants. It gets very busy in Lincoln, so it was great to have the quick and easy flexibility to eat at the house instead of long dinner lines out in Town. Dan was very easy to communicate with. Check in and check out were contactless and easy. We really enjoyed this home and hope to be back again in the future. Bill F

We Will Be Back!

What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Dan contacted me via phone to talk a bit and give me some pointers on places to eat and see while we were staying in his home. His house was exactly as described and had everything you could think of that allowed us to cook our meals there. The shuttle was a great feature and it was close to Loon Mountain if we chose to drive. The beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed the house and also how quiet it was at night, allowing us to get some much needed rest after hitting the slopes all day. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Ski Weekend!

This was the perfect property for a ski weekend with 6 adults. Dan, the owner, provided great instructions and recommendations. The home is clean, recently renovated, and super cozy and warm. The shuttle bus to the mountain was a great added bonus. Don't hesitate, just book!

Home away from home

Fantastic place to stay!

Can’t wait to go back! We have stayed at several condo’s in the area, but this is by far the nicest. Comfortable, beautifully re-modeled and plenty of room to sleep 6. Shuttle stopping right outside was very convenient for skiing as well. The owner, Dan, was also very responsive and communicated every detail about this great spot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely 5* vacation home

We were lucky to have had the chance to stay in this tastefully decorated, high-end remodeled town home. It is well stocked with everything you might need. I felt like I was staying at the home of a friend. The ski bus stops right outside the door, if you want. Enjoy!

Really nice place with all the conveniences included!

We'd come here again. Enjoyed a relaxing time with two families. All the little details were thought of. It's obvious this is a well cared for family home. Nice decor!!

Being our second home we spend a lot family time there so my wife has fully equipped the entire home for comfort and usefulness from the bedding quilts and comforters to the kitchen tools/utensils to the every detail of decor. Clean & Well Maintained!

We spend 5 days in August here. The place was very clean, was well stocked, and very comfortable. Dan, was nice enough to let us know before the day of arrival that we could check in a bit early, and after we'd left (and forgotten our camera) he allowed an extended family member to gain access. Would definitely try to get this place against next year!

Comfortable & Homey

This was our first VRBO experience and we were more than pleased. 2 families with 4 adults and 3 children was perfectly spaced. We wanted a place for the 3 children to stay (all under 7) & they LOVED the 2 bunk bed - bedroom and the master and 3rd bedroom were very comfortable!! Everything as in pictures is as the home is layed out. It was very cozy and welcoming. We really enjoyed the open main floor plan for the living/kitchen/dining space was comfortable and up to date! Everything worked and we didn't have any issues whatsoever. Very conveniently located to the highway and Loon mountain. We went to Santas Village & it was about a 40 min drive, which was a gorgeous drive and then went to Loon for the Oktoberfest & ride to the top of mountain for leaf peeping & cave exploration. The weather worked out as well which was a key factor. Would definitely consider going back!!

Everything we expected and more...

We spent 3 perfect nights at the condo. We spent the long weekend skiing at Loon which was so easy to get to with the mountain shuttle bus that picks up right outside the front door. It was pure luxury coming back to such nice and comfortable furnishings to relax, cook, play cards and sleep. The owners truly have thought of everything including slippers! We will definitely come back again.

Beautiful Ski Townhouse

We stayed here while skiing at Loon for 4 days with our 3 children and in-laws. This townhouse is beautiful, comfortable and very well appointed. While the gourmet kitchen is well suited for cooking large meals, we also enjoyed dining out at the nearby Gypsy Cafe, Common Man and Gordi's. The bathrooms are nicely updated. The owner has the home stocked with every amenity you could need for a vacation retreat. The master bedroom on the upper level provides wonderful separation and privacy from other guest bedrooms. The proximity to the mountain made for a quick commute. There is also a convenient shuttle should anyone in your party decide to start early, break early or stay at the mountain longer than the rest of the party. The open floor plan living area was a great place to relax by the gas fireplace apres ski and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The owner responds quickly to inquiries and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay at this property again.

As beautiful as the photos + wonderful views!

We rented this property over the Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. It is as beautiful as represented in the photos. The kitchen is the highlight of our weekend - it was beautiful and well-equipped. The views from the master bedroom of Loon Mountain in the morning are wonderful. It was great waking up to the snow covered views of Loon Mountain (Yes - even on Thanksgiving there was snow!). We loved the gas fireplace and cable TV. It felt like home - only better with the views! The owner was a pleasure to work with - we left an item there which he found and promptly mailed back - thank you Dan.. Planning a girls weekend in the future but would also highly recommend for family's with the wonderful bunkroom!
