Grey Cottage has everything you need to enjoy your vacation!

OPEN CONCEPT LIVING SPACE

Enter through the front door into the bright hall with large windows sporting views of the trees behind the yard. As you move down the hallway, you see smart storage solutions for your flip flops and beach towels, sun hats and sweaters.
The first bedroom is on your right, just off the hallway and offers a splendidly comfortable double bed, beautiful custom walnut bookshelves, and practical storage for your vacation items.
Entering the main space you enjoy open concept living perfect for sharing family time while cooking a meal in the well outfitted kitchen, playing one of the many available board games, reading from a stocked library or enjoying a movie on the couch. You can also just enjoy a cup of tea and gaze out the bay window at the many different bird species that like to visit the cottage.
The second bedroom is across the living space and to the right boasting a lovely and supportive queen bed, small closet and big window with front views.
The third bedroom is a cozy kid get-away with a bunkbed and trundle combination that could suit up to three children.
Just next to the third bedroom is the full bath with a smart layout and has everything you need to wash the sand from your toes and moisturize your nose!

CONVENIENCE FOR YOUR STAY
Coming down the stairs to the back foyer you will find addition access to the backyard patio which offers a convenient proximity from kitchen to grill.
Continuing to your left (watch your head!) you find another short flight to the basement of this 80 year old cottage where a new and clean set of laundry machines are waiting to do your dirty work. Complementary laundry soap, hangers and a drying rack await you to make your life a little easier when you pack for your vacation.

BRAND NEW ENTERTAINMENT SPACE
Our newly renovated garage-meets-entertainment space is just outside the main house with lovely yard views and so much natural light you will enjoy the outdoors even when inside. The glass garage door with flagstone patio in front makes for stunning sunset views over the trees across the road.
Enter the garage through the side door along the stone path and you will be greeted by a large C shaped couch, facing a new top-quality television and sound system. The vaulted ceilings are airy and the heat pump will keep the room as cool or warm as you like. As with the main house, the garage provides abundant reading material as well as board games to enjoy should you be greeted with a rain shower or two.
Behind the entertainment area is a lovely custom dining table big enough to share a meal, play cards or a game of Catan. This beautiful space also boosts a craft bench with supplies and a laptop table should you feel the urge to bring your work skills or art skills to Grey Cottage. The back door leads to a flagstone patio with seating and quiet views of the towering pines.

GREEN SPACE AT GREY COTTAGE
With a large open yard your vacation will be as fun and relaxing staying in as it can be going out. We know sun is welcome on vacation but sometimes it’s nice to have a break from it too and the wood deck at the entry of the main house is a lovely shaded spot on a hot summer morning, or a full sun bath on a cooler evening. Whereas the patio behind the garage provides shade in the morning and into the early afternoon with shade returning again late afternoon.
Two large picnics tables on the patio behind the main house provide ample seating close to the BBQ, which is full sun at noon and full shade by dinnertime, the best of both worlds!
Looking to the back of the property you will find several big comfortable chairs are placed around the fire pit waiting for marshmallows to be roasted or guitars to be played. Kick a ball, flip a burger, read a book or enjoy a cocktail outside surrounded by birds, squirrels, rabbits and the odd raccoon, fox and deer.
