We offer a one parking lot inside the building for free. It is ideal for a compact car or SUV. It isn't suitable for a Van or Suburban.

Master Bedroom: King-size bed, desk for working from home, access to the balcony, private full bathroom with essentials, towels, and closet.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds and closet space.
Full Bathroom: Located in the hallway, includes essentials and towels.
Living Room: Full-size sofa bed, Smart TV with access to your favorite apps (option to log into your own Netflix account).
Dining Area: Table for 4 people.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Basic tools for cooking everyday meals.
Balcony: Accessible from the living room and master bedroom, with views of the skyscrapers along Paseo de la Reforma.

Cross the street and walk 500 meters to reach Terrapuerto El Ángel, a bus terminal with departures and arrivals from AIFA, Puebla, Pachuca, Querétaro, Cuernavaca, and Toluca. Available bus lines include Viva Aerobus (AIFA only), eBus, ADO, Pullman Morelos, Primera Plus, and Caminante Plus.

-OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION:
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of all our guests and neighbors and according to the Building's Management protocol, it is mandatory for all guests to send a copy of their official photo ID (INE, passport, or equivalent) before arrival. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.
At check-in, the same ID must be presented in person to verify the provided information.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.

For minors, and in accordance with the Mexico City Tourism Law (Article 60 BIS), we are required to implement security measures to protect them. Therefore, we ask that you send an ID with photo for each minor (e.g., school ID or passport) and ensure they are registered as children on the platform.

-CHECK-OUT: 11 AM. If you need a late check-out, please ask for availability and obtain authorization. After 11:00 AM on the scheduled check-out day, a fee of 50% of the nightly rate will be charged.

-CHECK-IN: From 3 PM to 8 PM.

-LUGGAGE STORAGE: We do not have space to store luggage before or after your stay. We suggest searching for a nearby luggage storage service. The building’s security staff is not authorized to hold luggage.

-TRASH: Help us keep the apartment clean. There is no trash collection service. General trash bins are located in the hallway, in front of the apartment door.

-PROPERTY DAMAGE: The apartment must be left in the same condition it was delivered. Any damage must be reported. The cost of repair will be quoted and must be covered by the guest.

-DECORATION: Please do not move, remove, or change any furniture, objects, or decorations in the room or apartment.

-SMOKE-FREE APARTMENT: The use of cigarettes or any tobacco products inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a $1,000 MXN fine.

-ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE USE: The use of drugs or narcotics is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any reported illegal activity may result in authorities being granted access. Guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

-QUIET HOURS: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and respect the neighbors, many of whom are working professionals and families.

-VISITORS: Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests on the platform are allowed to enter. No outside visitors are permitted.

-EXTRA GUESTS: Additional guests beyond the number listed in the reservation incur an extra charge. Maximum number of guest: 6. Please inquire about the cost when booking.

-LOSS OR THEFT: The host is not responsible for any loss or theft within the apartment. Please, before checking out, do an extensive check to see if you don't leave behind some personal belongings

-PARKING:
The host is not responsible for any loss or theft in the parking area. Please park only within the marked yellow lines.

-INTERNET:
The apartment has internet access. Each guest is responsible for their online activity during the stay. It is strictly forbidden to download or upload illegal content.

-INVENTORY:
The apartment is equipped and inventoried with basic items for your use and enjoyment. Please take care of them, as they are for your benefit. Any damage or loss must be replaced or will incur a charge based on the item’s value.

-PROPERTY LIABILITY:
Neither the host nor the property owner is responsible for any crime or illegal act committed within the apartment, thus protecting the property from asset forfeiture.

-DO YOU NEED SUPPORT?
For maintenance issues or questions about the apartment, please consider our working hours between 9 AM and 10 PM. After 10 PM, we are available only in case of emergency.

We provide all our guests with a starter kit that includes basic consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, and shampoo. Unlike hotels with daily housekeeping services, we cannot restock these items beyond the initial supply. Fortunately, our properties are located near major stores, so feel free to purchase any additional items you may need during your stay.
