We stayed at this townhouse for Thanksgiving. We brought items that we never used because the house had Everything we needed!!! The Beds slept Very Good!!! My sister did Not want to leave and kept saying, we have Got to come back here.

Beautiful townhouse, extremely comfortable bed . We felt just as comfortable there as we do in our own home. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Very kind people. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend.

Wow, this place is wonderful! The kitchen is huge for a rental with plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. The family room is very comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms are nice and set up for a friend's trip or a families vacation. The location is wonderful as well a lot of things close by. I would definitely stay here again.

This house has everything you need for a wonderful stay on St. Simons! It is in a great location. The owner was so sweet, thoughtful and the house is stocked! Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and everything in the kitchen needed to feel at home! We will definitely be booking again with Jennifer.

Wonderful Townhome

We had an excellent experience at Jennifer's townhome! The kids loved having their own rooms. It was a very short walk to the pool and a short drive to the beach! Very close to a grocery store, restaurants, & a movie theater. Also not too bad of a drive to Brunswick for more restaurants. A great place to bring our dog with her own bed & bowls for water and food. Jennifer had plenty of beach chairs and beach towels so that was one less thing we had to pack! Thanks for a nice place to stay!

Property is accurately described and in a great location. Nothing to complain about here - comfy beds, plenty of blankets and towels, condo was clean and ready to use. Fans in the rooms and the ability to actually keep the rooms dark to sleep in helped to recover from long days at the beach. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Great Location and Very responsive host, Thank you Jenifer!

We were wanting to visit several locations during our stay and this home worked out perfectly. Beautiful home and nicely decorated. Living room furniture was so comfortable, not that we had much time to relax. We had a very busy schedule, we traveled to Jacksonville, Savannah, Tybee Island, St Augustine and down to Daytona and of course explored St Simon (loved the lighthouse & watched a beautiful sunrise from the pier. The pictures do not show that there are TV's in each bedroom, we almost didn't book because we missed that it the listing, so glad I re-read the description. Well stock and very well maintained. While checking out St Simons, we found 2 bakeries that were pretty good, Dulce Dough and Sweet Mama's. We are always on the look out for pecan sticky buns and both of these were good (Tellico Grains, in Tellico Plains Tennessee is still my favorite). We also tried Bennie's Red Barn, I do NOT recommend. It was dark & dingy and there were flies everywhere. I had the ribeye and it was just off, not sure if they use liquid smoke or what, but it wasn't good. My husband had the Lamb chops and he said they were good. Atmosphere was just not what I was after. We ventured down to New Smyrna Beach and tried the tree house restaurant called Norwoods (LOVED). I had the 8oz filet and it was one of the best I have ever had out somewhere. Jennifer is a gracious host, who supplies everything you need while staying in her home. Thank you again very sharing your beautiful home with us.

SSI Getaway

While the island attracts a great number of people and is a bit congested at times (on the roads), it is a great place to avoid the 'frozen north' in April. The condo is very well kept up and is in a convenient location to get on and off the island. There are many sights to see on the Island and off. Golf on the island is very expensive, and a nice alternative are the courses on Jeykll Island. It has two great grocery stores, fresh seafood markets and a great number of excellent restaurants. Last but not least, if you are a church-goer, you will not be disappointed.

Quiet Spot

Excellent stay at the townhouse that was Quiet and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Central and Close to all places on the island. Neighborhood has a pool, but we did not use it and easy walking the dog.

Cousin couples trip:

This is a great Condo to stay at. It is clean and has lots of room, lots of towels and anything you need in the kitchen. The owners are great as well, if we needed anything, Jennifer always called or texted us back to help. If you need a Condo that is dog friendly and all around great, this is the one. Thanks for everything Jennifer! bring you dogs with you or just alone. It is a great one

The house is so spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! We loved it here, would stay again for sure! FYI, in townhomes like these, fire alarms are connected for the whole block! So if one gets set off, the firemen have to come and turn it off. It was very disorienting but the neighbors were very nice and explained!

We enjoyed our stay so much. Our host Jennifer was great. The condo was just as listed. The kids loved the pool area. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend this condo.

We loved our stay with pups at Salty Paws!

From the moment we walked in and were welcomed with the dog bowl station, our stay was amazing! Your host, Jennifer has thought of everything to make your island stay perfect! Thank you for the lovely beach chairs, umbrella, huge beach towels and even a cart to haul it all to the beach. The rental is outfitted with a plentiful supply of towels, paper products and a well equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary coffee supplies to get you going! We ate in a few nights, grilled one night and celebrated our last night with Wild Georgia Shrimp in a Low Country Boil! We loved Salty Paws!
