Whether you want to soak up the sun on our sandy beach or relax in the shade under one of our two newly built cabanas - we've got you covered! Shared cabanas have patio furniture, fire pit table, and Blackstone grill.

Want to float on the lake? Then bring your boat or water toys to moor at our dock and enjoy all Houghton Lake has to offer!

Self check-in with door code
Note: Host will not be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please make sure to check you have all of your belongings before leaving your stay.
Unapproved late checkouts will be subject to a $50 fee from host, as this sets back our cleaner’s schedule.

General Rules:
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am.
No pets allowed at this home.
Please be respectful of neighbors. I do not allow parties.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am- please be courteous to your neighbors as cabins are in close proximity to each other.
Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval from the owner.
Absolutely NO drugs of any kind - alcohol is OK.
Absolutely no smoking in the house and if you do smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash.
Absolutely no fireworks of any kind.
No firepits allowed on property other than those provided. Firepits are not to be moved.
DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet!
If anything breaks, spills, stains etc please let me know ASAP.
You will be charged for any major damage or if anything goes missing.
Excessive use of linens, blankets, house supplies will be subject to additional charges.
Evidence of smoking in the home will be subject to a $400 fine.

Before you check-out
Put all used towels in the shower floor before you leave. You may leave used bedding on the bed (don’t strip the beds).
Please clean all dirty dishes.
Please take all garbage out to the trash receptacles located in the parking lot in front of the recreational building.
Turn off any lights, air conditioning.
Please close and lock all windows.
Lock door.
