Cozy Master Bedroom & Bathroom Suite - Pet Friendly

I am offering my fully furnished ground floor Master Bedroom Suite for rent by the day, week or month. Privileges include access to the adjoining living room, back patio, dining room, and small private hot tub.
The bedroom features a brand new Nectar mattress with a 2” Tempur-pedic memory foam topper with an adjustable base, which can do zero G and soothing vibration. A 56” Samsung LCD tv with HBO, Cinemax, and the other expanded cable options. There is also Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, Disney Channel, and more. The space features a little work station with a very comfortable work chair and high-speed Internet access. The room is very private and cozy. The bathroom features, a deep, soaking tub and dual shower heads, duel sinks and a Bluetooth speaker exhaust fan and light. The suite features a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and icemaker.
It is conveniently located near the 95 freeway and is 25 minutes to downtown or Mount Charleston.
I live sleep in one the upstairs rooms opposite the master bedroom suite the room above is a storage room. I live with my two friendly dogs a golden retriever, and malamute. The home is pet friendly so if you have a furry friend, they are welcome here for an additional fee If they are friendly and get along with other dogs.
This is not a long-term rental and is fully furnished, you will be unable to move any furniture in, all you will need, is your personal items such as clothing and your toiletries and your computers, phones etc. And all the linens and towels and washcloths, toilet paper, etc. are provided for and a housekeeper will clean every other week or as needed. You can use the washer and dryer.
If you need a short term place to stay in Las Vegas, this is a great alternative to a Hotel, if you just moved to Las Vegas and need a temporary place to stay until you find more permanent housing this would be a great option for you especially if you have a four-legged friend. You will have a reserved parking spot in the driveway in front of the house. If you are a smoker, you can smoke in the backyard but not in the house vaping in the house is ok.
