Also close to hiking, dining, shopping, 10 miles to restaurants, stores and the largest candy counter in the world 🍭🤯. Lots of room to relax and gather with family & friends. Explore nature from the backyard. Situated on 3.75 open and wooded acres, great for exploring. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Can sleep up to 6 people. Below the house is a guest apartment where the owners live. (We stay to ourselves unless needed.) The house includes a cooks (happy place) Kitchen, Large Bar and Spacious living room. Complete with a fireplace & direct access to a huge walk out deck with breathtaking views of the woods and the pond. Our house is handicapped accessible. The main entrance has a handicapped ramp (there is one step up from the top of the deck to the entrance) The bathroom has handrails in the shower. The rooms and hallway are large enough to accommodate wheelchair’s or scooter’s.
Our spacious 1600sq ft. house has a master bedroom with walk in closet and Queen size bed. An antique room with Queen bed, yoga couch/gear, bureau,closet and views of the backyard and apple orchard. A game room with two twin beds, board games, dresser, closet and views of the deck and back woods.
The kitchen is large and very open with an island for guests to sit at. A bar and computer station with free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and gadgets galore. The living room has a beautiful brick fireplace, tv, and access to the huge back deck. The deck over looks the open field, wooded back drop, pond, apple orchard and our oversized fire pit. Out back is where you’ll find our indoor hot tub room. We have a variety of wild animals on the property. This is a refuge of sorts for them. Photos are encouraged. Our rich scenic property, has played host to several weddings and family holiday get togethers.
