Newly built cottage on a quiet residential street and walking distance to the strip, where there are cute shops, restaurants, bars, live music, etc. We are also only 7 miles from Spire sports and training facility, and 8 miles from Ashtabula Harbor.

New property, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Quiet location, close to park and lake. Really enjoyed the backyard patio- grilling and hanging around the firepit. Would most definitely stay here again. Owners very responsive to texts!

An adorable cottage, with all the comforts of home. Communication with the owners was excellent. Just far enough from the busy and sometimes noisy strip, but still is close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Check-in and gaining access to the property was super easy. The owners even sent a little video demonstrating using the keyless entry. Communications were timely and very helpful. The house itself is clean, spacious and well appointed. The pictures don’t do it justice!! Would definitely stay here again!

Cute cottage in great location!

We were visiting GOTL for a volleyball tournament over a weekend. This cottage was perfect for my mother, daughter and I! Very clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The vibrant lake decor made us feel like we were on a lake vacation. The cottage is just a mile from the lakefront and a street of cute bars, restaurants, shops!

Just as pictured! New, clean, easy to park/get around Geneva.

The house was a perfect stay while attending a nearly week long swim meet at the Spire Institute. It still looks brand new, has a nice wide driveway, was perfectly clean, and communication with the hosts was prompt. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay at Geneva-On-The-Lake or anywhere near Spire. It made a wonderful home-away-from-home for us for the week and was way better than a hotel room for spreading out and relaxing.

Wonderful experience

This home was exactly as pictured. The perfect size for our short trip for a volleyball tournament in the area. The owners were wonderful, quick to respond. The house was clean and cozy. Would love to go back in warmer weather to enjoy the area. Highly recommend

great stay

great stay perfect fit for what we needed. easy peezy!! we are on bikes wanna get more than 5 stars pave the driveway, Kidding. really cool place super-efficient. and the neighbor brought over 4 chairs, I think he saw us carry some from the back to the front porch. It really worked out for us, I hope we did what you asked on clean up I think we did. Scott

Lovely house in a good location, and great communication

Everything was easy and seamless - just what you want from a getaway weekend. Cottage was new, so everything was fresh and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms well-stocked (even above and beyond our expectations), house was lovely, beds were comfortable. Even used the fold-out couch for a mom and toddler and it wasn't horrible. Communication with owner was great and Amy was very helpful when asked for recommendations of places to eat and beach to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway at GOTL

My fiancee’ & I stayed at this beautiful cottage with two of our friends. We had the absolute best time & didn’t let the raindrops or power outage spoil our fun! Amy & John were excellent hosts. This is the best experience I’ve had at a VRBO. Everything was clean, comfortable and cute! The hosts go above and beyond to provide many essentials in the lake cottage. My friends and I absolutely loved our weekend getaway and would love to go back! Highly reccommend!

Annual Mother/Daughter Best Friends Trip

We absolutely loved the cottage, it was spotless, was all newly remodeled with very cute decor. All of the furniture was comfy. We had everything we needed and more. Amy has little comfort items for guests that make it an even better experience, like snacks, variety of coffee and tea and personal care items. There were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows for everyone to be comfy and not run out of clean linen or toiletries. Really thought out rental. As far as comfort in your home away from home. We had some that like it freezing and some that like the temperature like the gates of hell so the other awesome feature was there was an air conditioner with remote in every room, sooo convenient! We were so close to the strip that the girls walked back and forth, and there a beautiful park with a playground just up the road for my 7 year old. Really was the perfect location! Not too close that you heard the bands all night but close enough that going back and forth was nothing, took minutes!! Would for sure stay again!

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in this cottage. The owners were kind, extremely responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. They also thought of literally everything. The thoughtfulness and attention to detail was evident. I asked about beach chairs, and although they don't keep them at the cottage, Amy dropped some off for us and left them on the porch. This kind of service is hard to come by these days and we were so appreciative! The cottage itself is adorable. It's super clean, bright, and updated. The beds are comfortable, having the sinks and toilet/shower in separate spaces was perfect for when our group of 4 needed to get ready at the same time, and the kitchen is fully stocked. Having a working ice maker seems minor, but it was awesome for beach days! The patio is fantastic--we just wish we'd had more time to use it. Finally, the location is amazing. You are super close to the park and strip, but far enough away that it feels secluded and private. The little beach park that is about 1/4 mile from the cottage is an absolute gem and perfect for catching sunsets. Overall I would give this cottage a 10/10 and we will definitely rebook with them if and when we return to Geneva!

Great for a long weekend getaway!

This cottage was perfect for our family of 3! We really enjoyed the location; we could enjoy quiet evenings at the cottage and the strip and beach were quick drives. The cottage was exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed to make meals there and the front porch and back patio were enjoyable.

Great Vacation Home Close to the Strip!

I highly recommend staying at this VRBO. The house was very clean and walking distance to the strip. The host was incredibly responsive and was able to help with anything we needed. If you are looking for a place to stay in Geneva on the Lake I highly recommend choosing this one!
