Well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, dishwasher, keurig coffee maker, blender, coffee grinder, standard coffee maker & all cookware, stoneware. Large windows to enjoy the views and creek. Comfy sofa & chair. Main level bedroom offers queen bed and Smart TV for streaming. Open the sliding doors off greatroom to the large open and part covered deck with Adirondacks and picnic table overlooking the trout stream and wooded privacy. Dine on the covered porch with patio set, gas firetable and gas grill. Main level bath offers custom tile walk in shower & double vanity.

Upper level: loft bedroom offers king bedroom set, reading chair & ottoman.

Lower Level: gameroom offers 2nd sitting area, slate billiard table, Foosball Table, Flatscreen Smart Roku TV. Full bath with shower, washer & dryer.

Lower level covered deck enjoy the hot tub and high top table set.

Down by the creek, enjoy smores and stories by the open firepit or let the kids splash in the water. Creekside picnic table.

Our Vacation Rental Agreement is on this site and will be emailed to you and by reserving you are agreeing to these terms & policies. Upon booking we will email you a confirmation, followed by a check-in package, just prior to your arrival date.
