With approximately 2,300 square feet of living space, ample outdoor areas, and a quiet forest setting within the prestigious Keystone Resort, this newly constructed luxury townhome is a family-friendly mountain destination. Beautiful stonework and hardwoods span multiple floors and the rental features multiple balconies with great views, perfect for spending time with friends and family. The front balcony is a picturesque place to settle in with your morning coffee or an evening beverage, as you take in the surrounding mountain views and in the afternoon, light the grill on the back balcony and create a meal to remember. After a day of skiing or hiking, head to the back deck and relax in your private hot tub while the kids lounge in the second living room watching movies. 

Kick back and relax on reclining leather furniture set in the window-lined living room. Watch a movie on the flatscreen TV while enjoying the warm ambiance of a gas fireplace. Upstairs, the second living space/den area boasts an additional flatscreen TV and a sofa sleeper. This den also offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed in a small alcove off the living area, perfect for a kid-friendly hang out room.  Channel your inner chef in the sunny kitchen with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including an upscale gas range and fridge. A tub/shower combination rounds out the the third bathroom. A half bath off the common area adds convenience.

Although Alders Townhomes are a half mile from River Run Village, there is no need for a vehicle to get you in and around town. Avoid paying for parking, leave your car inside the garage, and enjoy using the complimentary shuttle during your stay! The Keystone Resort shuttle comes by every fifteen minutes and will take guests right into River Run Village, Lakeside Village, and the Mountain House Base Area. This resort shuttle can also take guests to many nearby activities including ice hockey, sleigh rides, paddle boating, canoeing and golf. During the summer, opt for the bike bath on the north side of the complex, which will take you to River Run Village. The village comes alive during the summer with concerts, art fairs, wine tastings and the very popular Beer and Bluegrass festival. For additional activities, choose from Keystone's Lakeside Village for outdoor ice-skating or the towns of Dillon and Silverthorne which are about 10 minutes away.
