We love hosting guests with pets and happily welcome dogs! Please note that we don’t allow cats, as we want to be mindful of future guests who may have allergic sensitivities. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
Fee: $150/pet per stay.

Please be advised that sewer-related maintenance work is currently in progress in the basement area of the property. The work is confined to the basement and does not impact guest access to or use of the primary living spaces.

Due to the ongoing work, pets can’t freely roam the yard for now and should be supervised while outside. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home except for the basement.

Important Notes:
• Seattle’s greenery means ants/insects may appear during rainy seasons despite routine pest control.
• Portable AC units are available upon request but not set up by default.
• Same-day bookings: check-in may be delayed until 6:30 PM if there’s a same-day turnover.
• Base pricing includes 4 guests; $25/night per additional guest. VRBO automatically calculates this.

House Rules:
• Check-In/Out – 4 PM / 11 AM (early check-in not guaranteed)
• No Shoes Inside – Please remove shoes upon entry
• No Smoking – Inside or within 20 ft of the property (violation fees apply)
• Quiet Hours – After 10 PM
• No Parties or Unauthorized Guests
• Trash – Please sort into bins; leave inside cans if unsure
• Lost & Found – Items held for 2 weeks; $35 handling + shipping for returns
• Mail & Packages – No mailbox access; deliveries at guest discretion
