Classic mid-century William Krisel designed home with a private heated salt water pool and spa. Located just a quick 5 min drive to the heart of downtown Palm Springs in the beautiful Racquet Club Estates neighborhood. Enjoy hosting friends and family with a gas BBQ, fire pit, and large dining space. Detached casita with its own bath, living room and wet bar is great for the quiet couple, the noisy kids, or an office. 3 night min. Pets welcome with an additional fee.

The space
Private 4 bed 3 bath mid-century home designed by William Krisel and built by the Alexander Construction Company. 4 flat screen TVs with cable in 3 bedrooms and main living room. A heated saltwater private swimming pool and detached spa. Wifi, built-in bbq grill, outdoor fire pit and more plenty of outdoor space to lounge, play and relax.
The floor plan of the home's living spaces and kitchen is open and perfect for entertaining, spilling out to the pool and lounging areas outside. The working indoor fireplace feels perfectly cozy during the cooler months. And the detached casita lends to extra privacy with its own bed, bath and living room spaces.
The home has low maintenance desert landscaping and unobstructed mountain views. There is plenty of parking with a large horseshoe driveway in front. The house is situated in the very quiet and cool Racquet Club Estates neighborhood among many restored and beautiful midcentury modern homes.
Minimum stay is 2-3 nights with 3 night minimums over holidays and prime season. 2 night stays are possible in the summer or midweek or when there are only 2 nights available on the calendar.
The interior of the house is furnished with midcentury style and decor, but maintains a comfortable and cozy feel. Full kitchen and brand new appliances, including fridge, gas oven and range, microwave and dishwasher. The house also has washer and dryer, towels and linens, Nest controlled A/C, Wifi controlled music, 4 smart TVs, complimentary Netflix, Disney, HBO and cable TV, yoga mats and plenty of furniture pieces that can be used as work from home spaces.
We purchased this home in January 2021 and restored much of the indoor and outdoor areas of the home. We are excited to share our home with you. Kids are welcome. Dogs are also welcome at an additional $100/dog fee. There may be an additional cleaning fee taken from the security deposit for urine smell or excessive dog hair left in the house, and $25 fee for each dog poop that must be picked up outside.
There is no smoking allowed in the house and cigarette butts must be thrown away. The security deposit will be forfeited if this rule is violated. Music must not be loud enough to hear from the street or neighboring homes and no music is permitted after 10pm. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced in Palm Springs, so violations will result in the police arriving at the home and a fine of $500. Please notify us immediately if keys are lost.
