Nice location up in the hills of Temecula. A short drive from most things, with a lovely view looking over everything. The house is definitely a short term rental in its setup, well enough stocked that we got by, but if you’re planning to stay for more than a weekend consider confirming it has everything you’ll need.

The house was amazing and I think I got the best sleep ever. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in an arbnb, vrbo, or hotel. The views also I haven’t seen any like it.

The home was spacious, good communication, roomy kitchen but the view outside was the best we spent several hours in the morning out there with our coffee and several hours at night before we went to bed, enjoying our nightcap. One of the bathrooms did have a leaky water Spicket that made the bathroom floor get wet, one of the bathtubs was slippery and didn’t feel safe during a shower. Other than that access in and checking out was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our three nights stay.

This was an amazing home with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for 15-16 people! The view was gorgeous and we did use the BBQ and firepit! The host was very responsive. We hope to stay next year again!

The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The house was inviting and the outdoor area was massive with amazing views of the valley. The host was responsive and kind. We had a nice stay.

Excellent Stay – Truly a Home Away from Home!We had a fantastic experience at this property! It was incredibly cozy and felt just like home—warm, welcoming, and very comfortable. The location was easy to find, and communication with the owners was seamless. Pet friendly!!! They were responsive, flexible, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Simply stated, there was an insect infestation. Ants literally on the sofa, by the coffee maker, and dining table. We actually found ants on our infant daughter and it became so problematic that we couldn’t actually put our child on the floor.In the morning, we had a lovely greeting in which there was a dead scorpion.There is a lot of wear and tear in the house and certain things, like the umbrella outside for shade was broken. Nice view though. It’s a shame, if they actually cleaned up the spider webs off the golf clubs/bags, and gave the property a little TLC, I can see the allure and upside of the property.

We drove down 8 hours from Bay Area California with kids and found the property uncleaned, really in bad condition and bed sheets were dirty, stinking and what not. We were left with no other option other than cleaning the property ourself and stay there for the weekend because it was hard to find any other property to accommodate 4 families in that short notice period and was also not feasible to drive back another 8 hours with kids. Worst experience and ruined our holiday weekend which we were looking forward for. This property does not deserve even one star. Horrible experience, never booking this and would warn everyone to not to fall for posted pics. Stay away from this property.

The guest requested a full refund over a minor issue. After the request was declined, they left a review that didn’t reflect the situation accurately. The home was left in acceptable condition, but clearer communication and more reasonable expectations would help future stays go more smoothly.

Listing said check-in was at 3 but host didn’t allow checkin until 4.Issues with the home that need attention: Kitchen; need large pot for pasta and a strainer, fix the missing wheels on the dishwasher lower rack, and have the large salt and pepper shakers from Costco on hand. Bedrooms; 3 of the queen mattresses were hard as a plywood board. They appeared new, but horribly uncomfortable. The kitchen, dining room and game room were so filthy we bought a swiffer mop package and cleaned the rooms so our toddler didn't look like a coal miner. The mop head in the laundry room was worn out beyond belief. Outdoor patio was great, but only one gas lamp worked and the hot tub would never heat past 98 degrees. About as good as a warm bath. Clean up all the miscellaneous junk above and along the north retaining wall and store away the 3 ladders laying on the back patio by the little maintenance shack.

This property was great for 5 couples, since we each had our own bathroom. The kitchen was well supplied for the many meals we prepared. The house is situated on a hill top with beautiful views and has plenty of outdoor seating. We didn't get a chance to use the jacuzzi, but it looked inviting. The location was excellent, usually a 10 minute drive t most of the wineries and 30 minutes from downtown Temecula.We appreciated the active communication with the owner, especially regarding the check in time of 4pm (vs 5 on the booking confirm) and the ample coffee maker provided, including filters, coffee and pods.The only minor suggestion for improvement is to provide more kitchen towels and wash cloths for the bathrooms.We had a wonderful 3 day weekend staying at this property!

I wish I had better news to share about this property. The view was incredible and the kitchens and bathrooms were clean and well stocked with everything one would need for a stay. The BBQ outside worked well and it was lovely to dine outside. The beds were not as advertised. We had booked the house with the expectation (from the ad) that there were indeed 3 king beds in the house. There was only one, and the rest were Queens (which isn't a big deal unless you have two families traveling with kids who often end up in the bed). The spa outside did not work (jets shot out everywhere making it quite unpleasant). The TV in the master bedroom was missing a soundbar (which clearly was there earlier), a few outlets were missing and the outside of the house (including the golfing green from the photos) is in disrepair. There is no "games room" as there is in the photos which is misleading. The water filter is long overdue for a clean and the dishwasher flooded. When I brought all of this up with the owner, we got a polite apology. Normally (even on a Sunday) a dishwasher flooding event would trigger an immediate visit by a technician when multiple people are staying. Instead, we were told it would be looked at after we left. We even tried to get the putting green functioning again only to discover there are no golf balls provided. We were told to go and buy some! For the price, all of this is disappointing considering the competition in the area.
